On Sunday, my card was compromised, so it required me to get a temporary card so that I could have access to money. I booked my room and paid in full online, only to arrive at the hotel and be told that I can’t check-in and pay for incidentals with the temporary card. Event though I had identification and other cards with my name on them, Ricardo would not allow me to check into bc. I offered to show him proof from the bank and everything, only to be told no. So I have wasted my money on a room that I can’t stay in. I am so upset and disappointed. This could have been handled differently. This should have been handled better.

What truly made my stay special was the staff, everyone was amazing, but Isabelle deserves special recognition. I was having a very rough weekend and going through a lot, and she was incredibly kind, accommodating, and supportive. She went above and beyond to help me with my stay and made me feel genuinely cared for. Her kindness meant more to me than she probably knows. The rooms and entire hotel were spotless, and housekeeping did a great job. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel.

Howie, and every member of that front desk that works the overnight shift had the best customer service and attitude. I was in town do dine at Roots Southern Table and this hotel was 9 minutes away. This hotel is right by the lake and running/ walking trail. It's the perfect scenery to sit out by the lake, let the sun shine and enjoy the peace. I had the balcony room. It was cool, it had the stand-up shower, which I enjoyed. The fitness center has just enough equipment to get the job done. The chef in the kitchen on the weekend night, cooks great. The bartender, she was great with making the drinks. This is a great hotel to stay at.

You pay 7 dollars a day for parking. Had TV that didnt work, and sink edges are always dirty. One time toilet seat only had one bolt. They NEVER DO anything if you have a problem.
