I enjoyed my room. I had a balcony and enjoyed the view. Breakfast was good and the breakfast server was very nice. My only issue was the front desk agents at check in and check out. They were less than pleasant. It cost nothing to be friendly. Also the lack of cookies was kind of disappointing. One of the main reasons I book at Doubletree is cookies and there were none available at check in or check out and I was advised there wouldn’t be any available until 1, what good is that when checkout is noon?

I have stayed in this hotel is this double tree numerous times this once was my preferred hotel. But after this weekend visit I will be looking elsewhere. Room was dirty was given another room wasn’t much cleaner cookies were not warm and was unaware they started charging for parking as of August 1st. They own the lot why is parking extra?

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times before and always enjoyed our experience, but our most recent visit was completely different. The first room we were given had a pubic hair and questionable stains on the bed linens, so we requested to be moved. Unfortunately, the second room also had stained sheets and didn’t feel properly cleaned. To make matters worse, a staff member entered our room without knocking, which was a total invasion of privacy.
On top of that, we were charged for parking — something we’ve never been charged for in the past — and this wasn’t mentioned during booking or check-in.
Overall, this stay was very disappointing compared to our previous visits and definitely not up to Hilton standards in my opinion . I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves cleanliness, communication, and staff training.

I booked a three night stay but checked out one night early due to thunderous motorcycle revving and extremely loud music from the parking lot/lobby entrance until past 1AM. I was unable to sleep and when I asked the front desk to please do something about the noise from their parking lot, the desk agent said there was an event going on and would do their best. There was no change in noise. When I asked about checking out a day early, they gave a flippant response that I would be charged $75 for early departure. I did not complain about the cracked wall/ceiling joints in the room or the musty/moldy smell in the lobby from what I assume was past water damage which was not properly remediated. Or the throngs of motorcycles parked blocking the entry walkway from the parking lot to the main lobby, forcing me to walk around and onto the driveway for vehicles but still have to walk into a wall of cigar smoke in order to enter the hotel. I only wanted a quiet night of sleep and I didn't even complain on the first night. After not delivering on the very basic premise of a hotel stay ( I pay and the hotel provides a quiet night of sleep ) and for which I did not consider asking for a refund, they insult me by choosing to charge me for not wanting to stay another night in a hotel where they can't control the environment. Hilton Corporate was able to compensate me for my troubles, but I have to say this property did not live up to the Hilton standard I was expecting and definitely was not meeting the brand standard I was expecting from a DoubleTree property.
