- NBN Byrum1 day ago1.0During the snow and ice storm, I attempted to book a room after multiple flight delays only to find out the airport shuttle does not run at that time. No other transportation services were running. I called right away to let the hotel know (within the hour of booking). They refused to cancel the room without charging me for the night. I emailed the GM immediately, they also refused to help. Exercise caution if you choose to stay here. I am unconvinced that management prioritizes customers. We ended up sleeping on the floor of the airport. I wonder how many other people were charged and not refunded. The hotel states they were “fully booked”.
