Needed to stay close to my sister's house in Allen this location was perfect. Don't need a car to stay at this hotel as restaurants and cute shops in walking distance

This has been my go to hotel when traveling to the metroplex and usually it’s an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately this last go around that was not the case. Parking is a disaster. There are no protections for guest staying at the hotel with so many businesses near by. I watched someone park in the hotel parking lot and go into the hibachi restaurant next door. If you park somewhere you aren’t supposed to you risk getting towed anywhere but the hotel parking lot. Doesn’t make a lot of sense. When I asked about the parking situation to the young lady at the front desk (Tyra) she just smiled and shrugged offering no explanation. Once inside our room, someone had left the heater on..it was 82 degrees outside. Leaving the room essentially a sauna until the temperature dropped. For the next 2 hours my family and I listened to the family above us do wind sprints. I called the front desk and asked if they would call the guest above and request they keep it down as we were trying to sleep and they said they would. The noise persisted. I had to go upstairs and request they stop myself. I could hear kids screaming and playing even before I got to the door. Even after making contact with the guest it persisted. I requested a new room from the front desks and was told to come down and swap keys. Once downstairs I spoke with Tyra..again. She tells me she went upstairs and didn’t hear anything. She also tells me verbatim “I don’t have any rooms available to put you in” after I was told to come downstairs. When I asked her why I was told to come down anyway she got defensive and combative now saying I would have to get moved to a king that she didn’t have initially. After all the rigmarole we were moved to a new room..that was a double Queen she also claimed not to have anymore of.. terrible front desk person..even worse attitude with poor communication skills and lack of respect and understanding. This location has been removed from my stay list just after a weekends stay.

Came here for work travel and this hotel exceeded expectations. In unit kitchen was helpful, good eating options within walking distance, on site amenities (gym, laundry room) was perfect for my needs.
The staff and service was phenomenal. I forgot some items during checkout and the management went out of their way to ship them back to me. Thank you!

This hotel was such a breath of fresh air!!! I am a loyal Hilton customer (I no longer travel for work but continue to choose Hilton whenever possible for leisure travel).
Shockingly, they cleaned our room even though we only had a two night stay. This is unheard of in our post-Covid world!
We LOVED that they had unlimited water bottles in the lobby. In this Texas heat, what a treat!!
Lastly, there is a lovely young woman who works the front desk. I didn’t catch her name but she was so kind and thoughtful. We absolutely loved her. She went out of her way to offer me food and snacks after I returned from a long walk outside. Every encounter we had with her made us feel like we mattered.
My friend and I came into town for a local women’s conference. The hotel is within easy walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and the Texas Credit Union Event center. We absolutely loved the location. I couldn’t recommend more. We’ll be back next year!

We were blown away by the value of this hotel! It was a five star experience at a three-star price. The property is sparkling clean, modern, beautiful. The staff went above and beyond, was very friendly, kind, and attentive. The cleaning staff was professional and friendly as well, and did an excellent job. The breakfast buffet was delicious and a step above the regular hotel breakfast buffet, with many options. They even had vegan sausage! Our room was spacious and so comfortable. Fantastic black out shades, good products in the bathroom. The mini kitchen was a nice touch, with everything we needed to make our stay very convenient and comfortable.
But the most amazing part of all, was that my son left his switch 2 game console in the lobby on the day of our departure. We did not realize this until we were eight hours down the road, and called in a complete panic. The woman I spoke with was so reassuring and kind. It had been turned in, and she offered to ship it back to us. We got it at our house just a few days later. I could not believe the hotel had gone above and beyond like this. I was so impressed with their honesty, trustworthiness, and the way they saved us from what would have been major heartbreak at losing this game console! Who does this in this day and age? It felt remarkable. Their service is top-notch, and they truly care about the people who stay there. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, and we will definitely be back in the future!
