My wife and I stayed here about a month ago and had a terrible experience. However, the management team reached out and offered us an opportunity to try again and it was much better. The only downside (aside from the construction happening) was that the walls and floors are very thin. While I was taking a shower I could hear my neighbors conversation next door. However, everything else was great and the location is around everything.

This has been my go to hotel when traveling to the metroplex and usually it’s an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately this last go around that was not the case. Parking is a disaster. There are no protections for guest staying at the hotel with so many businesses near by. I watched someone park in the hotel parking lot and go into the hibachi restaurant next door. If you park somewhere you aren’t supposed to you risk getting towed anywhere but the hotel parking lot. Doesn’t make a lot of sense. When I asked about the parking situation to the young lady at the front desk (Tyra) she just smiled and shrugged offering no explanation. Once inside our room, someone had left the heater on..it was 82 degrees outside. Leaving the room essentially a sauna until the temperature dropped. For the next 2 hours my family and I listened to the family above us do wind sprints. I called the front desk and asked if they would call the guest above and request they keep it down as we were trying to sleep and they said they would. The noise persisted. I had to go upstairs and request they stop myself. I could hear kids screaming and playing even before I got to the door. Even after making contact with the guest it persisted. I requested a new room from the front desks and was told to come down and swap keys. Once downstairs I spoke with Tyra..again. She tells me she went upstairs and didn’t hear anything. She also tells me verbatim “I don’t have any rooms available to put you in” after I was told to come downstairs. When I asked her why I was told to come down anyway she got defensive and combative now saying I would have to get moved to a king that she didn’t have initially. After all the rigmarole we were moved to a new room..that was a double Queen she also claimed not to have anymore of.. terrible front desk person..even worse attitude with poor communication skills and lack of respect and understanding. This location has been removed from my stay list just after a weekends stay.
