She got upset and did not want to be bothered. There was another guest voicing a complaint amf she did same thing to him. Do not stay here unless you want to be treated like trash. Rooms had odor very hot in the room and air conditioner not working very well. I didnt want to ask about it because I didnt want to be treated like I was when I checked in. They do not care about the guest. Do not stay here I stayed one night and that was too many. Very rude people

Rooms are very clean and breakfast is not only delicious with several options but also staffed with ladies that are always tidying up the area. The ladies manning the check-in desk are also friendly and anxious to please. I left a personal belonging and when I called to check, they had it waiting at the front desk. No hotel personnel has ever saved anything that I or my husband have left in a room. This place is all about customer service.
