However, my wife experienced bed bugs and told the person at the front desk, but they did not investigate or move her rooms. After staying the first night, she checked out and asked the manager for a refund. He said not to worry about it, and that he would reverse the charges once we disputed it through the third-party service. Not only was the refund never honored, but we have attempted to contact him many times, and he will not return our calls or emails. He is never at this location and no one else has the authority to help us.

- GOGreg ONov 28, 20254.0Hotel looks like it might need a bit of a refresh, a few cracked tiles here and there and some bathroom fixtures need some attention, but the rooms and lobby were clean and fresh smelling and as far as free breakfast goes, it was pretty good. Also nice that they start breakfast at 5 a.m. during the week for the early-risers.

I called several times and they kept saying they were very busy and couldn't answer my call. Very unpleasant, Don't forget your things, check your sheets carefully. I got bites, unfortunately it wasn't what I expected.
