  I regret to say that the hotel was a bit bad; the air conditioning in the room wasn't working and it was hot for the day I was there. but the worst thing I didn't like was that I forgot my headphones and they wouldn't give them to me. I called several times and they kept saying they were very busy and couldn't answer my call. Very unpleasant, Don't forget your things, check your sheets carefully. I got bites, unfortunately it wasn't what I expected.

  I stayed here one night before my interview the next morning. I chose this hotel mainly for its location, and it included breakfast and an airport shuttle. The hotel is about a 15-minute ride from the airport, and although the hotel is older, the staff is excellent, and the rooms are large and comfortable. I will definitely consider them again for my stay in the DFW area.

  Website shows free parking and shuttle. Arranged stay and paid in advance, selecting that shuttle was needed. After arriving informed that parking is $9.50/ day, explained this was not on their website and asked for refund in order to go stay at another hotel. Refund refused. There is NEVER a manager available to talk to. When said manager was there and I voiced complaint, he agreed that website does not show charge for parking and website is outdated. After over a week of manager going to talk to his boss and call me back, did not happen. Finally after I called multiple times after supposed to have received a call back, the manager "available" stated that main boss would not refund any part of charge for parking. Very poor communication and not a place I will ever stay at again.

  Its an amazing hotel for the price its quiet and cute, they were doing renovations while i stayed there they were respectful and out of the way when passing through. Service was very to the point and how some would say un personable but aside from the short interaction it was a good stay. They were kind , doordash was allowed to come to the room. And yeah only problem its a little bit away from everything. Meaning ubers costed a lil more then expected.

  On April 13th I called from the airport for the shuttle, which should be an 8 minute trip. Well the shuttle driver picked up someone who needed to go to a different Best Western. Even though they confirmed the location with me and also spoke with the other person. The driver started heading to the hotel, which is south and west of the airport, but then they U-turned and headed north, taking service roads they shouldn’t have been on that we had to turn away from once we got to a security guard post. So not only did they pick up someone that was not staying at their hotel, they took this person to their hotel north of the airport first. It was also a little scary as it was just the 2 men and me in the shuttle late at night going down wrong and unlit roads. Finally got to my hotel, the only hotel for this shuttle, an hour after I called for the shuttle. The manager did apologize and offered to give me credit for a free night stay on the Best Western program. But that ended up being just a $25 credit. The hotel is great for a layover stay close to the airport, but make sure the driver takes you directly to the hotel.
