  Had an extremely frustrating customer service experience here. I booked through booking.com and prepaid for a room. My flight was cancelled due to weather concerns and I notified the hotel immediately via phone call that I would not be able to get there and if I could rebook for another date. The person on the phone said to contact booking.com and I messaged the property again through booking.com and they responded saying they would cancel and rebook me as a courtesy if I contacted them directly (even though I had already done so). I called them again and they stated that they couldn't do anything and if I wanted to stay there I would have to rebook and pay for another room.

  This hotel is in desperate need of renovations. We stayed 1/30-2/1. We arrived late (11:30p) and check in was literally swipe your card and sign here. Upon entering the room the window unit was blowing cold air. The area where signs said vending/ice were totally empty. We had to leave to go get water and such. The whole night the window unit blew cold air. There was no heat. It was 20 degrees outside. The shower head in the bathroom sprayed everywhere and the floor was soaked. The door had kick plates on them that were totally rusted. Same with the TP holders. The next morning I went to the front desk to change rooms. I interrupted the woman working evidently. She did give us a different room. That room DID have heat, but the bathroom situation was still the same. Upon checking out- I asked for a copy of my bill because I noticed an extra $98 charged. The woman working offered no explanation just “anything extra will drop off” I will update this once it drops off This location was easy to get to from the airport, but I wouldn’t recommend.

  Had no trouble with my stay. Place is quiet and everything was throughly cleaned. The only thing I would say is the aircon was blowing between the curtains but that wasnt an inconvenience for me. Great stay for a great price. Friendly staff.

  I accidentally booked this hotel for the next day instead of the current one. I contacted the hotel within five minutes of booking, and Expedia also followed up by phone and email requesting a cancellation fee waiver. Despite this, the hotel chose to keep the full amount. While this may align with their policy, I found the lack of flexibility disappointing given how quickly the mistake was reported.

  Dishonest, rude and greedy Stayed via airline issued hotel voucher due to flight cancellation Rang from airport to request the complimentary pick up shuttle service. Was told very rudely that they were extremely busy and we’d have to wait 90mins for a pick up. Arrived at the hotel via uber to find shuttle parked out front with no other guests in sight. Upon checkin asked for information on where we could use our airline issued food and drink vouchers. Lady at front desk almost snatched the vouchers from us and said we could redeem them for breakfast the next morning. The interaction seemed off so we checked online once we got back to our room and discovered breakfast was complimentary. Would not recommend staying here as operators are greedy and clearly do not care about treating guests kindly and fairly
