  Easter weekend 2026... This was my first stay here at this Best Western (BWH) hotel as I stay at many during my working flight layovers. Unfortunately, during this stay I witnessed some issues of concern. From the lack of basic customer service from the hotel front desk personnels to the lack of cleanliness throughout the public restrooms of the hotel and the malfunctioning air units in the hotel rooms itself. I definitely recommend this location's hotel management and owner(s) to investigate the cleanliness, customer service/ interactions and overall operations as it was apparant during mine and my ohana's (family's) 3 day stay to be a means of concern.   Pros For my family and I, everything about this hotel and location was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL ‼️ It's clean, no stained towels, beds comfy, easy in and out access, delicious hot breakfast and great customer service. All the main basic necessities were 5 star for us. Cons Of course there was minor issues here and there, but it didn't bother us. We managed well to not let them affect us, like: the shower head didn't spray out fully, the screw underneath the tub spout was broken and kept falling off if bumped against and into tub, which also had spots of mold on it; the curtains were blocking the air conditioner blower and I had to push the curtains back and out the way, which I also noticed spots of mold on the bottom of the curtains; the lamps on both sides of the king bed was too loose and leaning. All the rooms may not be like the one we had, but it wasn't major to where it was troublesome. The awareness is to consider fixing it for a better experience for the next guest. #300 Honestly, it was still a decent room and we thoroughly enjoyed staying in it. Bonus What I really enjoyed the most of staying here for 4 days was that we didn't have to continue to call front desk for fresh towels. We were automatically served by housekeeping each day. THANK YOU!!!! Recommendation: HIGHLY!!!! It's worth staying. I would come and stay again when visiting.

  My experience was horrible and inhumane.I am battling with a sickness .This has equally affected my brain and I am scheduled for surgery.I booked at least 1am to 2am.I was coming back from the hospital.I pleaded and pleaded while on oxygen for earl check in.With oxygen and other medical gadget.The front desk was rude and no empathy .I slept outside in the cold with my oxygen mask and sure it was really cold.I requested for a refund .This is to enable me to check into another hotel with my oxygen.He showed no mercy. Terrible.I don’t think I will live to come here again

  We have stayed at this location three times already, within the last month. My husband is receiving treatment at UTSW in Dallas. We were searching for someplace safe, clean, and with kind personnel. So far, this location has met all of these needs. Thankfully, we have arrived to find clean rooms. The beds are firm, which is what my husband needs. Parking has not been an issue. When we have been able to experience the breakfast, it was definitely enjoyable. I have checked the beds each time upon check in and have found zero evidence of bed bugs. Nor have I found roaches in our rooms. We have needed to use both AC & heat and they have worked fine each time. Staff have been pleasant enough to us. Our first check in experience, the woman that checked us in had even wished us prayers for successful treatment. Anything that we have needed, which has not been much, has been provided. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel also has a small sundry shop at the front desk. Filtered water dispenser is in the breakfast area. Pool and hot tub are onsite. We will keep coming back. I am actually about to make another reservation for this coming week. We have stayed in several different hotels in the area, and we are happy to say that this is our favorite while staying in the DFW area.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my stay. I found roaches in the room and even woke up to two of them crawling on the bed sheets, which was completely unacceptable. I’m still having to fight for a dispute/refund, which has made the experience even worse. I strongly recommend checking the beds before sleeping . this was not a clean or safe environment …
