- OKOviedo KidsDec 28, 20255.0Enjoyed our overnight stay. Rooms were very clean and cool, but a bit humid (weather outside was warm). Hot showers were a plus. Breakfast was plentiful, clean and delicious. Lucy was delightful and very helpful.
- CGChris GilesDec 21, 20251.0My wife and I stayed at this location in January of 2025 to attend a funeral for a family member. After the stay we received a phone call to inform us that we had been overcharged for our stay and we would be refunded. Days later we received another call saying they refunded us too much and we had to repay and so we did. Now here we are nearly a year later and I received yet another phone call to tell me the person responsible for the entire mess (Who apparently no longer works at the hotel) supposedly never actually took the repayment. The person I spoke with was incredibly argumentative and seemed to think that I was personally responsible for rectifying open tickets at their hotel. I attempted to recall all of the events from nearly a year prior while being blasted by her nonsensical rhetoric and when I attempted to explain that we made the payment I was told that her notes say otherwise. The conversation ended abruptly with me being told I am no longer welcome at their hotel. To anyone finds the need to stay overnight in Ennis, do yourself a favor. Stay away from this hotel unless you want to be held responsible for the severe ineptitude of their staff.

The rooms are nice, facility is very clean & well maintained. Everyone was very accommodating. The staff was great and always friendly. I would like to give a special thank you to those that were there on my families stay and took great care of us. Lucy, Tesa, Badair & Amy. My daughter lives in Ennis. This will always be our home away from home when visiting there! Thank you all for the hospitality given.
