PHENOMENAL!!!!!
From the moment we checked in to the time we left, this stay was absolutely lovely and so clean. The receptionist was incredibly kind and sweet, especially with our many key card mishaps 😂 They fixed it every single time with no hesitation and were so gracious about it. Side note just make sure your key card stays away from your phone hahaha lesson learned!
The whole place had such a comfy vibe. It honestly did not feel like a typical hotel. It had more of a cozy, room like comfort with a beautiful overall design. You could tell thought was put into the atmosphere.
The amenities were great, but I have to say the BEST part might have been the soap in the rooms. I will absolutely be searching for that on Amazon because it smelled THAT good 😂 It truly made my wedding day stay feel even more relaxing and less stressful.
And shoutout to the breakfast area. Very clean and so many options to choose from. There was something for everyone.
Overall such a wonderful experience and exactly what we needed during such a special weekend. Highly recommend 🤍

Before booking, I called at least eight hotels in the area specifically to find one with a working hot tub. When I called this hotel, I was told that you had both a pool and a hot tub, that the pool was not heated, but that the hot tub was working and hot. I confirmed this on the phone because the hot tub was the main reason we chose your property, even though the room was about $80 more than other nearby options. Based on that we booked.
Additionally, when we were looking at this hotel online, it stated that there was a bar on site. That was another reason we chose this hotel: the plan was to let the kids enjoy the pool/hot tub while the adults could relax at the bar. When we arrived, we were told the bar has been shut down and that we would need to go down the road instead. This was never disclosed beforehand and was another amenity we expected based on your listing.
We arrived around 6:00 PM and asked about the hot tub. At that point, the front desk told us she would need to “go turn it on” and that it would take about 45 minutes to warm up. We went to our room, waited, and came back down about 30 minutes later only to find the hot tub was still cold. We asked again, and she went out, opened the gate, and said it was heating up and would take another 45 minutes.
We checked again about 30 minutes later, and it was still not hot. The hot tub did not reach an actual usable hot temperature until after 9:00 PM almost three hours after we arrived.
The next morning, we planned to use the hot tub again with our coffee, only to find it was cold once more.
On top of that, every time we left our room and returned, our key card stopped working and we had to go back to the front desk to have it reprogrammed just to get into our room.
Overall, this was very disappointing, especially given the higher price we paid specifically because we were told the hot tub was working and hot, and because the listing indicated there was a bar on site. Neither of those amenities were actually available as promised.

We have been staying here the past couple of weeks! No complaints at all! I had to say this one guy that works at the front desk named Michael went above and beyond for my husband and I and we both appreciated how much he cared!
I recently stayed here for a few nights when visiting friends in the area. This hotel was affordable, clean, in a safe area, the staff were friendly and it was a great find for my needs. I enjoyed the free breakfast buffet in the morning which was great with free coffee, waffles, sausage, muffins, bagels, etc, that was great! I saw that they also have a small fitness center and an outdoor pool which I did not use. They printed out some documents for me free of charge. This was a great find.

The kind of hotel with great aspects and amenities but unfortunately severely lacking good management.
Numerous items have progressively gotten worse since using this hotel over the last four years. Hot tub not working, outside pillars falling apart, bed skirt dirty, there is a whole banquet room visible and filled with miscellaneous FF&Es (and junk), and while there for numerous nights, no cleaning was offered.
The hotel has great parking, big rooms, and good old school kind of aspects to its design but it definitely is not a “Plus” Best Western. And it is severely overpriced per night in all considerations.
Unfortunately, management is being too complacent thinking it’s the only option in town and letting it run down.
Emory needs more hotels and they are coming soon.
