  The rooms and lobby are nothing what they show online. My door to my room looked like it had been broke into before and door was loose in the jam. Definitely didn’t sleep much the one night I was there or empty handed. Had big path holes on walls, scraps down the dry wall in the room and couch looked like it had fallen apart. Room was absolutely nasty Slept in cloths on top of covers for 5 hrs the left WiFi is very very slow. Hotel and lobby just smells funny. Will never stay here again!!

  Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was overshadowed by a serious safety issue. While the hotel itself was okay — a bit humid, but generally fine — we were not warned at all about the extremely unsafe parking situation on the premises. During the night, our rental car was broken into on the hotel’s parking lot. No staff member mentioned anything about recent incidents or risks, even though, after reading other reviews (and after speaking with the police officer who responded to the break-in), it became clear that similar incidents have happened here multiple times before. This makes it even more disappointing that the hotel did not inform or warn us in any way. We feel let down by the hotel staff for failing to notify us about a well-known problem that is clearly affecting guests. When a property has repeated break-ins, guests should be informed so they can take extra precautions or choose safer parking arrangements. Very disappointing experience, and we hope the hotel and corporate office take these issues seriously moving forward.

  Morning Update: at 9 am the housekeeper just opened the door and walked into my room while I was in the shower. No knock first. No warning. I hadn’t checked out. How does any establishment think this is ok?! I showed up 39 minutes before check-in started. Was told I couldn’t check in without paying an extra $30. This is after I had already upgraded to the most expensive suite they offer. The room was ready, so it wasn’t a matter of them not being able to check me in. They just wouldn’t without me paying them extra money. I refused, 10 minutes of sitting in the lobby and then I could magically check in without paying the $30 Also, the wi-fi is terrible, very slow. Speeds are - 6 Mbps down/1 Mbps up For added fun check out the pics of “the view” from my window. I’ve never stayed at a place that sells you a room with a blocked window without telling you first. But wait, there’s more! The coffee machine still had dirty grounds left in it. I guess they don’t clean the rooms between guests. Also, let’s not forget the elevator, there’s only one and you’ll spend minutes waiting for it every time you use it.

  I love the hospitality. The front desk lady Rekha Was so helpful and curtious my entire stay. I highly recommended for this hotel.

  Me and about 32 other people will not give that a hotel another opportunity unless Candace is working there. We have been staying there for YEARS. but not anymore It looks like maybe you shouldn’t gotten rid of Candace ever since you got rid of her. Your Hotel went downhill big time and you lost a lot of customers. She was the only one in that place. That had any good customer service skills and was truly More than willing to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best.
