Mandaron al piso 3 las sábanas sucias ,con pelos la bañera llena de grasa negra les dió alergia Ami esposa y Ami ijo por. Las. Sábanas sucias las dos camas tenían las sábanas en muy mal estado definitivamente no recomiendo ospedarse ahí ,??? Otro detalle Ami cuñado le robaron su camioneta. ase un mes Pésimo :::!! muy mal,????;:

    Have been staying at this hotel for weeks and have had great experience with front desk specially last night that I checked in Rekha is really nice and helpful

    My husband and I stayed in this hotel at least once a month for the past 3 months , this past reservation we checked in. The first night everything good , second night our truck was broken into . I understand and know hotel is not liable for any personal damages in the parking lot since I work and have run hotels myself .We came into the hotel and asked the receptionist to please ask management if they can please go into the cameras and find where the truck was broken into since we were parked right in front of one so that we can file a police report . Receptionist did mentioned only management has access to video cameras.the lack of empathy from this hotel was horrible ! We went and replaced the window came back and manager was already in and no word was said! Unfortunately we paid cash at check in so no refund was going to issued . Never staying here again.

    I hear it’s change. My husband told me that he was there in November and it’s not the same place he used to be, but I’d liked it every time we would come to San Antonio. That’s where I would stay and it was a nice place then so I don’t think they changed management cause I spoke with them and so hopefully you’ve ever gonna provide better service to everyone because everyone seems to think they are not as great as they used to be don’t know what’s going on, but I like to place myself
