  The main reason I chose this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. I even called before booking and an agent confirmed that both pool and hot tub were open. The hot tub was not working when we arrived and they said we could use the hot tub at the Hilton. I was beyond disappointed. The breakfast was not well organized. They ran out of eggs, sausage, and potatoes and I waited about 20 minutes. There is no microwave to heat up things as you need. The only way to make the oatmeal is with the water that the coffee machine gives and it overflows the bowls. Overall, I was not happy with my choice of hotel. I’ll look at other options. I want to further clarify the breakfast. The attendants did a great job. They were attentive and present. They answered any questions guests had. I just think the organization of it wasn’t great. Not having access to a microwave was a bummer.

  We had low to no expectations of a road trip hotel stay in El Paso, but this place surprised us. The area seemed newer and safe. We arrived at 10:30 pm, the front staff was super friendly, and even delivered our requested extra blankets to our room for us. The room was big and VERY clean. No grime or mystery hairs, like a lot of others we’ve stayed. The breakfast in the morning was good, and the staff was working hard to keep the cafe and dining area clean. You can tell the owners and employees take pride in their work.

  Every time we travel to/from Texas we stay at this hotel. It's always a pleasant stay Plus, Rudy's BBQ is right next door.

  Terrible Service and Zero Accountability I called ahead to make a reservation and specifically told the booking representative that I would be arriving late after a 10-hour drive. I was clearly told I would not be marked as a no-show. When I arrived at the hotel later that night, exhausted, the front desk agent was immediately rude and unprofessional. He informed me my reservation had been marked as a no-show anyway. I explained what the booking agent told me, but he argued with me and repeatedly said there was nothing he could do to help. After going back and forth, he finally said he would “make an exception” something that he doesn’t really do for anyone according to him; and give me a room — but only if I paid full price again. No refund for the no-show, no accommodation, no accountability. I ended up paying over $600 that day from the previous reservation to the new booking, just to sleep for a few hours in a room that was run-down and not worth the cost. This was an extremely frustrating experience after a long drive, and the lack of customer service or basic empathy was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
