    Booked a King suite. Room was dirty when I arrived, hairs all over bathroom floor and some on countertops. Seemed like it was cleaned enough to look okay at first glance. I went and talked to an employee and after a lot of back and forth and speaking to his manager they downgraded me into a standard king. I took it as ilI had a long trip and the new room had the same exact issue but slightly worse. I would have requested another room again, but i was told the hotel was fully booked. Employee I think accidentally let out that there is only one cleaning lady for the whole place, and that there was an extra room but the manager keeps hit for himself and wouldn’t release it to a guest. I let another employee know on check out about the condition of the room and he took down my information and said the manager would call me. Never happened. Don’t let the good ratings deceive you into staying here, place is not maintained well and even worse was the lack of professionalism and basic service.

    I stayed this past weekend, and my brand new tennis shoes, a workout set, and a top were stolen. We reported it and they didn’t do anything.

    Very clean room and bathroom. It is in a nice quiet area away from town. It is near a supermarket, fast food, and restaurants. The staff who I check in with was nice and explain everything. The TV does need to be updated as I don't not watch cable TV and prefer apps. Would definitely stay again. Also window is big with blackout shade.
