  Apparently They do not have cameras in the parking lot. Tools/tool box will be stolen out of your truck

  If I could give this location zero stars, it would get it. My son and I were traveling back to Austin and stopped here late at night & early morning ( 12:30 am) to get a room. The doors were locked, (as are most locations after hours.) We used the service phone to gain entry. The front desk associate didn't bother to pick up her phone, she just yelled through the door, while eating a sandwich... ""we have no rooms"" then turned around and walked off. To say we were stunned was an understatement, considering the parking lot was almost empty. As I was looking for another place to stay, another couple of people went to the door minutes later, and they got in no problem. I was just finishing my reservation with a hotel down the street when the couple was coming back outside to get there belongings, my son asked if they had a reservation, and they replied with a No, just walked in. 🤷🏻 I did call the 800 number, and they confirmed that there was rooms available and that they would reach out to this location

  Multiple issues with site. I was going to give a pass as we have had good times before. Not greated as member and with snack and water as I have in the past. Issues getting keys made for room. Keys were unworkable twice at door. Breakfast. Pancake machine broken. Apples were mixed of good and rotten. Eggs looked like jello. Room AC broke turning into a hot box and after not being able to fix it I requested a new room. I was told they are fully booked up. The front desk called 2 different managers who said they couldn't accommodate. After asking for a refund and packing to leave one finally said they would unblock rooms. I dont know why they are blocking rooms. We stayed as it was late but are determined not to go back. I would have given a pass on most everything but being told to find another place and pack my stuff only then to magically find a room was enough for us. Do not recommend this place until they get their act together.

  El día domingo por la noche llevé a rentar un cuarté del hotel y cuando estaba mi esposa tratando de bañarse solo tenía agua caliente y bajé al mostrador de servicio la señorita se puso muy descontenta y tube que retirarme de ahí y rentar en otro hotel
