  I recently stayed at this location while traveling with a moving truck. My experience included several highlights regarding the staff and room quality, though there were significant concerns regarding the parking facilities and check in speed. Check In and Service The check in process was delayed as there was only one staff member working during a very busy period. However, the young lady at the counter was excellent. She was friendly, courteous, and highly knowledgeable about the property details. She successfully accommodated my specific request for a room with two beds despite the high volume of guests. Room Quality and Amenities The room itself was clean and well maintained. I found the WiFi to be reliable and the temperature control worked effectively. The only issue within the room was the hot water in the shower, which was intermittent. Additionally, the elevators were quite slow both ascending and descending. Parking and Security The property has a parking lot in the back with sufficient space for a moving truck, which I appreciated. I chose to park there because the lighting was good at sunset. Unfortunately, the parking lot lights shut off completely during the night. This left the entire area, including my moving truck, in total darkness. This lack of lighting felt like an invitation for danger and was a major disappointment for a traveler carrying personal belongings.

  Very unprofessional staff and rude. Showers water not drains down and no plumbing available to fix it. Unbelievable

  We stayed here before with 2 pets and it was a very convenient, cheap over night stay. No issues. But I called today and the lady said not pet friendly? Odd. Their websites and filters on booking sites show they are. We have always known them for their pet friendly culture.

  The staff is wonderful. Every person I met was engaging and seemed to love their part of making their guest day. Lou, night front desk, was exactly the kind of help we needs as we checked in late after a drive from LA. Thanks! The next morning the breakfast staff, housekeeping and the morning team made my day start off amazingly well.... Oh I forget, the room was wonderful.... One issue the shower curtain would not close :( It just got stuck....
