  After a long day traveling with my family. The hotel messed up my reservation, placed me in 3 different rooms and provided the worse customer service. There was no accountability and attempt to provide excellent service. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The room had a leaking shower which covered the entire floor with water. Go somewhere else.

  "For the price" and a family of 4 with free basic breakfast and complimentary washer and dryer, complimentary dove shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and had lotion in the restroom it and a quick luxury look-- it was great! Better than a motel. But, the pool was freezing and the Jacuzzi had a temp that should have been a pool temp (still on the colder side) the temp control and the jetted water did not work. The breakfast was as simple as it gets: Fruit: apples only Protein: cheese omelettes with no taste Thin sausage Pork links Bacon strips Bread: slices of bread, bagel, English muffin And muffins Biscuit and gravy was good Refrigerator: chobani yogurt, fruit in syrup cups, and whole milk Pancake maker only. Makes thin pancakes Drinks: water dispenser, instant tea bags, and coffee was great(freshly grinded)! With vanilla coffee mate and half and half coffee mate Room: 2 queen bed with sofa bed and great counter space and storage, restroom had a hair dryer and dove products, room had microwave and small refrigerator with tiny compact freezer, great! Hotel convenience store: lean cuisine meals, medicine and drinks We stayed here to drive out to New Mexico Carlsbad caverns 2.5 hours away... And to check out El paso. I would stay here then staying near Carlsbad Caverns (more stores and local restaurants) At a distance you can see Mexico from outside the hotel. Nearby restaurants: Olive garden was a fantastic visit!!!! New olive garden and it's gorgeous 10 minutes away... But closer restaurants and Vibe and thrive had protein donuts and protein matcha was great too! This was a family trip.

  Every staff member was polite, friendly and very helpful for any of my requests and needs. They went out of their way to be kind, and listen while I spoke with employees and offered extra attention to helping my grandson with the rest of his long term stay while he is working in the local community. His first time out on his own. I felt like I had made true friends and will always use this hotel for all of my needs when in El Paso. Diane was an absolute delight. She was so helpful with the breakfast and just willing to make every moment memorable. She took away what can sometimes feel lonely while eating alone, and was so very friendly, helpful and full of great conversation and information. If I knew the names of all the staff that was so helpful and kind I would name them also. Never crossed the path of an employee that wasn’t just generously kind.

  Gianni at the front desk was super polite and helpful. My flight was canceled, and he kindly upgraded me to a better room, which made a big difference. Really appreciated his great service.

  The service is great and the rooms clean, the only thing is that breakfast is served 6-9, we got there at 8 and there was no cream cheese, jam, butter or yogurt. Also, the pancake machine was not working, if you have children you know that making pancakes/waffles is the highlight of the stay.
