  Awful for a holiday inn! Stains everywhere on carpeting. Horrible smell in room. Door latch broken. Phone broken. Handles on a few of the dressers broken. All the concrete cracking everywhere outside on grounds. Most lighting outdoors is not working or flickering. I can’t imagine the cleaning ladies coming into this room thinking it’s ok to have people stay in. Should saved $130 and went to a motel 6 for this .

  The front desk service was fine. The room itself, well the photos can speak for themselves. I've been an IHG member for a while now and this location has to be one of if not the worst for upkeep and cleanliness.

  This hotel could be amazing! The lobby is beautiful, the food smells amazing from the on-site restaurant, the layout of the hotel is really cool, and has good amenities. Walking in I was super hopeful for a good stay. That was quickly dissolved. The girl that checked me in was rude. The room was completely ran down. From broken closet doors, to broken lamps, to stains ALL over the carpet, to smells of urine, and lack of security (the gate doors don't even work). I will say the room appeared to be clean, but I will not be going back here. For the price, you can get a WAY better hotel. No thanks.

  After two nights in this hotel I noticed several itchy bites and blood stains on the sheets showing evidence of bed bugs. I reported this to the front desk attendant and was told that she would flag my room as not checked out in order for it to bring attention to management and have them contact me. This was on Thanksgiving so there was no manager on site. I did not want to risk bringing the bedbugs with me so I planed on bringing all my belongings bagged up to the front desk to be disposed of. The attendant told me this was not necessary and to leave them in the room and they would be discarded for me. I reached out to the hotel four days later when I had yet to hear from a manager and noticed an additional $600 charge on my account. I had alreay paid for the stay via a travel portal so there should have been no charges. He immediately dismissed the fact that I had gotten bit and said that the charge would remain due to the fact that I had "abandoned" my belongings in the room despite the fact this was at the instruction of his employee. I have tried to resolve this with the hotel multiple times over the last 4 months to continually be ignored. This was the most disgusting hotel I have been to before but I brushed that aside as I was not staying for long. That decision resulted in me paying for 9 nights in total when I only booked for 3 nights and stayed 2 nights due to the bed bug bites. I highly reccomend against staying at this hotel.
