  I am Asian. It has been over an hour since I placed my breakfast order, but it still hasn't arrived. Other tables have already finished their meals... The server seemed friendly, but I suspect they never actually put my order through. I am sitting here all alone at an otherwise empty table.

  The hotel appeared to be well-maintained, and Seth at the front desk was particularly helpful. He was very accommodating and provided excellent support. The rooms were clean and spacious, and included Dove bath products. However, they were somewhat noisy due to traffic from the nearby highway.

  The room was not dirty but it didn't feel really clean it was kinda dusty, and if you moved the furniture slightly you could see crumbs from a previous guest. The bathroom was a little crowded cause the door opens to where you get out of the shower, they maybe need a sliding door. The shower needs a small place for guest to be able to put their own hygiene instead of having to put it on the floor, there's no shelf or anything in the shower. The location is great, it's near restaurants, the mall, stores, bank etc.

  Our stay here was awful. Our reservation was made for a two queen bed suite with a sofa bed. When we arrived, we were told there was a “glitch” in the reservation system and they couldn’t accommodate us. We were offered a king bed suite or a two queen bed room. We’re traveling with teenagers, our son and daughter. This was at midnight, our reservation was made early yesterday. More than enough time for someone to notice a mistake and call us to try to fix it. This is not the customer service we are used to with Holiday Inn. The hotel is in poor shape. The shower was falling apart, it barely held the shampoo bottle that was empty. I only know that because it fell out. Only two of the four ice machines work, I had to search for a working one. The one on the fourth floor that works was in front of a huge trash bag that literally smelled like a dead body was inside. I wish I could give customer service more stars, they were very pleasant but offered no solutions and only offered to let their manager know. I don’t like to complain, but we are huge Holiday Inn fans and this should be brought to the attention of IHG so they know their corporate chains or indecently owned Holiday Inns aren’t living up to the standards they set.

  The room is dirty when I moved in, one sheet has some blood like stuff on it and the toilet is dirty. Please see attached pictures. I let the front desk staff know about it and have been told will give me 2000 points to make it up. I didn't get it when I checked out. She told me her manager needs to approve it first but her manager is not in the office that day. Now it is about one month, I still not get the points so I called to follow up, the front desk told me their manager is not in the office and I need to call back later to figure it out.
