But above that, it's the staff here that won me over. William at the front desk is the absolute best. Greeted me by name each time I walked by and I appreciated that he pointed at my room number rather than announcing it as I checked in as a solo, female traveler. It's a little detail but it meant so much to me. Also, shout out to the restaurant/bar on the 5th floor. Great food and drinks and Joy and Paco are such kind and friendly bartenders who have plenty of local tips and suggestions for visitors to El Paso. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The restaurant service was also slow. However, the bartender was very nice and knowledgeable. She was the highlight of the hotel. Drinks were pretty good. The rooms were also very nice.
