They were able to be tracked to the hotel before leaving hours later. Things happen and this may be a bigger tell about management but a bummer none the less.

She handled our large group completely on her own, no assistance, and did so with professionalism, efficiency, and such a great attitude the entire time. Although we tried to inform the hotel team ahead of time that we would be a large group, unfortunately that didn’t seem to be taken into consideration. Despite being put in a tough position without support, Amada remained phenomenal from start to finish. She truly carried the experience for us. Exceptional service like hers deserves recognition. Thank you, Amada, for going above and beyond!
- CMCD MFeb 8, 20261.0This place is an absolute dump. Huge line for check in at 4 on a Saturday bc there was only one person at desk. They make you sign this terrifying waiver which shows they are drawing in the wrong kind of crowd. They make you sign a waiver that there will be music until 2am but then also so there are no other rooms available and I’m with my wife who is 7 months pregnant and we can’t wait around for rooms that SHOULD be ready at 4 pm. It should be required to disclose this upon booking. Sunday morning, they have the music cranked at 7 am again. I understand people can have differences of when the quiet hours should be, but there needs to be ten of them. Also, had a drink at this bar at 9 PM, it attracts a pathetic crowd. You aren’t in Scottsdale Hotel Indigo, stop failing so badly at trying to be a party hotel, you are pathetic.
