Loud music could be heard very clearly in our room at all hours of the day between 8AM and midnight. This property needs thicker walls to have a "party" vibe. Shower temperature was inconsistent, room AC could not keep up in the afternoon, bed less comfortable than most. If you want to get uninterrupted sleep go elsewhere.

Same thing, put me on hold immediately and I tried saying I just waited on hold for over 10 minutes but I was already on hold. I waited another 10 minutes and hung up. They should most definitely ask you to be placed on a hold or atleast wait for a response. And if they are going to immediately put you on hold, they sure shouldn’t have anyone waiting that long. Very unprofessional.
