- CFChristopher FavelaJan 12, 20261.0Terrible Service and Zero Accountability I called ahead to make a reservation and specifically told the booking representative that I would be arriving late after a 10-hour drive. I was clearly told I would not be marked as a no-show. When I arrived at the hotel later that night, exhausted, the front desk agent was immediately rude and unprofessional. He informed me my reservation had been marked as a no-show anyway. I explained what the booking agent told me, but he argued with me and repeatedly said there was nothing he could do to help. After going back and forth, he finally said he would “make an exception” something that he doesn’t really do for anyone according to him; and give me a room — but only if I paid full price again. No refund for the no-show, no accommodation, no accountability. I ended up paying over $600 that day from the previous reservation to the new booking, just to sleep for a few hours in a room that was run-down and not worth the cost. This was an extremely frustrating experience after a long drive, and the lack of customer service or basic empathy was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were charged for the 2 day reservation even though we stayed for 4 nights. Management was very rude and unwilling to help refund charges. Will never stay at any Holiday Inn. 8 minutes cost us $400!
