No one called and when I came back 2 hrs later - reception said Room is still not ready. At which point I mentioned it is unacceptable and get me any room. All of a sudden they were able to find a room. Garbage pile hanging by the Lift door. Property is new so rooms are clean. Size of King Suite is questionable (which is what I booked). Breakfast is ok.

I hope you guys are giving thay man top pay cause he is definitely worthy of it. As for the hotel the outside is very well managed. There is definitely ample parking. The lobby is clean and new looking. My room is amazingly clean and cozy. I am very pleased and most assuredly recommend this location. The previous reviews are not fake or misleading. Kudos guys on the 5 star service and site.

The service has always been excellent — consistent, friendly, and professional. A special mention to David Tapia at the front desk, who was kind, courteous, and very efficient. It’s always a pleasure to come back to a place where you feel genuinely welcome.
- PRP RexSep 9, 20254.0Decent hotel, stayed here for 5 nights We had two different rooms during our stay. The first room was clean and tidy, the only downfall was the sink not really draining. We ended up extending our stay on the 4th night, so we had to switch rooms because ours was booked. Not a big deal at all, but our second room had me very concerned about the cleanliness. -The soap bar was still in the shower from the previous guest, and the pillows had makeup stains on them, so they clearly weren't changed. Just gross. -The internet was horrendous if you weren't plugged in to the hotel, and since we are a couple here we go out and buy a switch because there is only one plug in. -The lobby also smells like sewage, so we were very happy to not be on the first floor -Everynight our keycards wouldn't work so we had to constantly go to the front desk and get them reactivated, if they didn't just activate them 1 day at a time that would be great.
