Literally, the diverter did not work and so ZERO water went to the shower. Why would this not be fixed or the room be marked as down for repair. I did not want a bath... Room 422

A hotel employee questioned me in a disrespectful and inappropriate manner about my ESA dogs, making me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. Staff should be trained to understand ESA policies and treat guests with basic respect. Because of this experience, I would not stay here again.

It was a long drive from Dallas, about 12 hours, so we hoped to check in early. At first, the check-in staff told us check-in was at 3 pm, and we were about 1 hour early, so we decided to wait in the lobby. Later, Alexis let us check in early, which changed everything. After we got in the room, we took a shower and went to sleep right away! Thanks to Alexis for saving our day, since we were on the way to Los Angeles, another 14-hour drive. We left the hotel at 1 AM.
