    The service is great and the rooms clean, the only thing is that breakfast is served 6-9, we got there at 8 and there was no cream cheese, jam, butter or yogurt. Also, the pancake machine was not working, if you have children you know that making pancakes/waffles is the highlight of the stay.

    I give this location a 2.5 stars. Stayed there on 28-29 December 2025 and although the customer service was good (simple and to the point), location is by some restaurants, the room however, was subpar than other Holiday Inn Express & Suites I've stayed in. It's probably the dirtiest and outdated. It almost felt as if I checked into a Motel 6. I stayed one night layover and checked in late at night and dealt with what I got. I'm sharing this review for others to know our experience in the dirtiest rooms I've stayed in. Rug was discolored and room smelled like old furniture and hint of smoke. The entire room felt like I was in the 70/80s Era with wall papered walls peeling and discolored. The bathroom was the worst. It was wall papered as well and shower/tub was too. I'm pretty sure there is mold behind those wall paper. The tub looked like it was painted white. I say that because paint started to peel while we were taking a shower. There was mold underneath the undercarriage of the shower shelves and vents were dirty. See images for description.

    Mi estancia en el Holiday Inn Express & Suites El Paso Airport by IHG en el 6666 del Gtwy Blvd E no estuvo mal, estuvo Fatal, mi peor estancia que he vivido no solo en El Paso Tx, si no en el cualquier Hotel en el que me he hospedado, solo una estrella porque no tienen valoración de -5 Estrellas Para empezar, desde antes de llegar ya se veía y nos debimos de imaginar la pesadilla que íbamos a vivir. El día del check in te llaman y te dicen que tú habitación no está disponible y te ofrecen otra habitación de menor capacidad y te preguntan si deseas la habitación o cancelas, pero el mero día que llegas como vas a cancelar y dónde vas a encontrar otra alojamiento?, se supone que por eso reservas y te ofrecen una habitación de menor capacidad pero el costo te dejan la misma tarifa, lo cual no debe de ser, pues pagas una habitación para 5 personas y te dan una habitación para 3. La habitación que nos dieron no cuenta con la ropa de cama necesaria, tuvimos que andar buscando en administración todo lo necesario Pero en fin, dijimos, para pasar la noche es mejor esto que nada. Al día siguiente, el desayuno de lo peor, te dicen que es de 7am-10am, llegas a las 9 y ya no hay nada, que según hasta las 9:30am volvían a servir La avena peor que engrudo y literal sabía a engrudo Las tortillas de carne, las salchichitas, el huevo y las papas en efecto, salieron hasta las 9:30 Las papas sabían bien, pero creo que es por el sabor que le da la salsa tabasco La tostadora de 4 panes solo funcionan para 2 panes, los panes se terminaron y no pusieron más. La máquina de café solo funcionaba una Y todo ello ocasionaba filas y retraso para desayunar y gente de pie esperando mesa La señora encargada de la cocina muy amable y muy atenta pero no se da abasto. It was the worst stay I've ever had, not just in El Paso, TX, but in any hotel I've ever stayed in. It only deserves one star because they don't have a five-star rating. To begin with, we could see it coming even before we arrived, and we should have known what a nightmare we were about to experience. On the day of check-in, they call and tell you your room isn't available and offer you a smaller room, asking if you want the room or if you want to cancel. But on the day you arrive, how are you supposed to cancel and where are you going to find other accommodation? You'd think that's why you booked, and they offered you a smaller room, but they charged you the same rate, which shouldn't be the case. You pay for a room for five people and they give you a room for three. The room they gave us didn't have the necessary bedding; we had to go looking for everything we needed at the front desk. But oh well, we said, for the night it's better than nothing. The next day, breakfast was the worst. They tell you it's from 7 am to 10 am, you arrive at 9 am and there's nothing left, and they say they won't start serving again until 9:30 am. The oatmeal was worse than porridge and literally tasted like porridge. The meat tortillas, sausages, eggs, and potatoes didn't come out until 9:30 am. The potatoes tasted okay, but I think it's because of the Tabasco sauce. The four-slice toaster only works for two slices; they ran out of bread and didn't bring any more. Only one coffee machine was working. All of this caused lines and delays for breakfast, with people standing and waiting for a table. The woman in charge of the kitchen was very kind and attentive, but she was overwhelmed. The milk and apple juice were insufficient. No, no, no, the worst hotel experience ever. Not recommended at all.

    Primera vez que llegamos a este hotel y salimos muy decepcionados. Solo tres puntos buenos: la ubicación, los cuartos muy cómodos y el desayuno buffet muy rico. Pero todo esto se olvidará por que lo siguiente que nos pasó jamás nos hará volver: Reservamos dos habitaciones, en la primera noche al regresar al hotel cual fue nuestra sorpresa? No hicieron la limpieza en ninguna de las dos habitaciones, las camas estaban destendidas y no cambiaron las toallas por unas nuevas, esa misma noche fuimos a recepción a reclamar y el joven nos preguntó si dejamos la etiqueta de no molestar a lo cual le dijimos que no, claro que no, la etiqueta estaba en su lugar por dentro de la habitación como siempre, no por fuera, nos muestra desde la computadora que nuestras habitaciones aparecían en rojo (es decir con la etiqueta de no molestar), a lo que nuestra molestia fue mayor, en ningun momento pusimos la etiqueta de no molestar. Total! Nos dieron toallas nuevas y nos pidió el joven que al día siguiente al salir le tomáramos foto a las puertas donde no se viera la etiqueta de “no molestar” y mostrarla en recepción (🙄🙄🙄). Segundo día: llegamos a recepción y le explicamos a la señorita nuestra situación (estaba otra persona) y la explicación de por que no limpiaron nuestras habitaciones nos dejó atónitos. Nos dijo que como hay mucha gente en el hotel y poco personal no limpian todas las habitaciones, solo pueden recoger la basura y cambiar las toallas por nuevas, las camas no las tienden. ES ENSERIO? No pagamos cualquier cosita para que nos salgan con esas cosas, el trabajo de un hotel es hacer la limpieza del cuarto todos los días AUNQUE HAYA MUCHA GENTE! Que poco profesionales de verdad. Y al final la señorita nos dijo que “va a pedir que nos hagan el servicio completo” COMO SI NOS ESTUVIERA HACIENDO UN FAVOR O NOSOTROS ESTUVIERAMOS PIDIENDO ALGO FUERA DE LO NORMAL! 😠 SUPER DEPECIONADOS DE ESTE HOTEL . DEBUT Y DESPEDIDA. Y ademas se escucha mucho el ruido de los cuartos vecinos, tanto de lado como de arriba. QUE HOTEL TAN MAS HORRIBLE
