- TKTerriee Kuntz5 days ago2.0Never been so freaked out in my life!! I travel for a living and stay in IHG hotels every night! That being said there are safty measures that I take! This hotel failed all of them! The rooms are actually villas so you have to park, then go through a locked gate to get to your villa! Not a straight walk...just a bunch of blind corners & dark walk ways. Walked in my room and the safty lock was broken off! The actual lock I couldn't get locked. Which is werid! Never seen that before! Then I looked at the joining room that connects to the other room next door & there's a little lock...not a bolt...but like this little lock! Anybody can get in! I checked out so quite! The front desk guy was so nice but that hotel is just not safe!

- DCDavid ChavezDec 14, 20252.0Fueron dos ocasiones las que me he ospedado en ese hotel la primera fue muy buena, el personal muy atento y amable la habitación muy limpia, pero la segunda vez nos dieron una habitación en malas condiciones la alfombra muy sucia y olía a humedad, y el desayuno no lo incluye , por lo demás esta muy bien ubicado.

No dieron toallas limpias, primer día no hicieron limpieza habitaciones, Nos cancelaron el primer día tarjetas y duramos casi dos horas en la noche al llegar de compras para poder ingresar a donde ya teníamos nuestras maletas el primer día, el segundo día la misma, hostigamiento de recepción uno de ellos llamado Manuel, no recomiendo pero ni de paso el hotel, lamentable que una cadena de hoteleros como esta, brinden este servicio, al menos en México si te atienden a la altura
