  The pool and hot tub were great! The staff were friendly. Good location for airport shuttle the next day. Unfortunately our room could have used some upkeep. The mini fridge had food left in in from previous guest, the tub didn't drain well, the hot/cold indicator on the tub was reversed, and the alarm clock and phone didn't work (yes I checked they were plugged in). While we were in the pool we could hear a loud alarm siren beeping from one end of the building. It rang for hours into the night even after telling the front desk about it. Breakfast at 8:15 was cold and dry. This could be a good family friendly hotel with some TLC but will probably book elsewhere next time.

  This was hands down the worst hotel we’ve stayed at. $140/night for a gross room that was literally falling apart. One entire wall in the bathroom was peeling off from water damage and smelled like mold. The electrical outlet/box came out of the wall when I tried to unplug something. Towel hanger was ripped out of the drywall. We found dirty clothes behind one of the beds from a previous guest. We inquired about changing rooms and when we looked at that one, it was pretty much in the same condition. The kids enjoyed the pool which was the only saving grace. But of course the hot tub water was colder than the pool so that was not utilized. My advice is to stay anywhere but here.

  Located in a pretty good location close to the freeway. Lots of restaurants in stuff within walking distance and the amenities aren't too shabby. Rooms are really dated and boring and mine in particular had something in it that triggered my allergies horribly.

  The pool and lobby was so nice and fancy, then you get to the hallway to your room and its dirty as hell. This place is soooo nasty and unclean. Thank god we are only staying one night. The rooms bathroom walls is covered in thick yellow gunk, the vent have a thick layer of dust, the room itself is dusty, except on the tables of course. There is candle wax stuck on the floor, but they didnt bother to clean, hence y its dirty and nasty. Shower has mold. I asked for a non-smoking room but it smells like smoke and a run down place. My wife was scared to stay cause the radio turned on by itself. Took me hrs to convince her to come bk in. Woke up at 6am and got the hell out. They charged a down payment of $100?!?! These rooms are so old, i dont see what the $100 is for! I was just at a universal orlando resort and they only charged me $50, which i got back and those rooms were 10x better. I asked the front desk lady if its refundable after checking out and she said yes so we shall wait and see if we should add scam to this review. I chose this place cause it was a little more convenient but Ill be taking my money back to Chase Suites. BTW, breakfast is not free or complimentary. You have to pay more for the room in order to get it "free."

  My Family went to El Paso for my Sister's birthday. It was PERFECT, party and stay ALL in one place! Lots of Families live far from their home town, and getting together for a special event here was a great idea. I would highly recommend staying here. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
