Worst I do not recommend. No Hot Water asked for toilet paper for 3 days they never brought any I have a baby and toddler. Too much value in breakfast. Use that money for toilet paper.

My wife and I work together and spend at least 100 nights a year in hotels in 12 states. There is no elevator. We were invited to climb stairs with our luggage and we cannot. We had to accept a different room on a ground floor with two double beds. My wife and I slept separately which we normally don't do. There was no heat in the room. We were very cold. We both use CPAP therapy. There were no plugs that we could get to that actually worked. There were a couple on the clock radio but neither work. Had to pull the bed away from the wall in order to get to a receptacle. We paid an extra $40 for the privilege of having our dog with us. We were then told that we could not take our breakfast back to the room. We were told he is because of people not returning their plates. It seems the hotel is too cheap to pay for paper plates. So we went to McDonald's and brought it back to the room rather than leave our dog alone in the room. The fire alarm went off about 9:15 p.m. adding yet another thrill. The room is poorly maintained. There is no carpet. The tile in the bathroom is cracked. The door does not shut properly or open properly. The nightstand is broken and wobbles a lot. Our items on the nightstand kept ending up on the floor. The overhead light has an LED lamp in it that flashes constantly. The manager (Norma), even though I left a business card, did not bother to call to discuss the situation with us. Based on the reviews here, I bet she gets a lot of these type of calls. I'm going to talk to the management people in Phoenix with Best Western. I have no idea what makes this hotel a so-called Best Western Plus. It would have been more comfortable sleeping in our car.

Location is great, 10min drive from the airport, next to the 10 freeway and even a Starbucks next door. The lobby area is open, with a sitting lounge area. There is a bar but was not open the days we stayed. We did encountered a clogged sink that was finally fixed after our second night

This is one of the most dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed in. Stayed here for a week and got 2 days of room service. Management really needs to get on housekeeping this hotel is really dirty my shower had mold there was ketchup stains on the wall the closet floor was full of dust there were stains on the sofa the hallway was always dirty and was vacuumed maybe once. Beds were a little hard but comfortable. Internet is really bad here including the hotels.. Breakfast is over by 9 Mon-Fri and at 10 Sat-Sun breakfast was pretty good except they make everything in the morning and by 8 hash browns were hard they should make fresh food as people start arriving and not all at once..There was a pizza box on the floor next door next to the trash can since we got there 5 days later it was still there smelled so bad went to tell front desk. We really enjoyed the pool the temperature was perfect it did have a fishy smell tho the hot tub did look dirty and was boiling hot had to tell front desk to check the temperature the restroom in the swimming area smelled so bad told front desk 2 days later went back swimming restroom still smelled really bad even tho I enjoyed the breakfast and swimming pool I don’t think I would stay here again cleaningness means everything since I’m a clean freak just seemed like I was sleeping in filth..I wish it would let me post some pics but it doesn’t give me that option..
