- SBScott Benson3 days ago2.0Lipstick on a pig. Grand lobby and cool pool area then the old bones of a 1970s resort set in. Low ceilings, small bathrooms, confusing hallways. Many rooms have windows that used to face an outside walkway which has now been converted to interior space. Lobby and pool would make a great party location but I would not have people stay here. Furniture and such is modern so that helps.

I went to front desk and no one was there for at least 10 min . When she finally came out she said she had no one available. I'm supposed to stay in a room with no toilet. Unbelievable

- CVcrilda valdezDec 21, 20251.0La verdad el peor hotel en el que me he quedado, el piso de la habitación estaba sucio cómo que derramaron algún jugó porque estaba pegajoso, con pelusas y cabello, lo dejé pasar porque dije tal vez es un lugar donde no se ve mucho aunque la mancha era bastante grande, pedí un trapeador para limpiar y me dijeron que no tenían, espere al siguiente día para que hicieran el servicio a la habitación pero nunca lo hicieron. Me acerqué a la recepción para que por favor fueran a limpiar la habitación ya que me quedaría varios días y pero dijeron que no tenían ese servicio y mandaron a una persona con una toalla que claramente es de las que se usan por los huéspedes para secarse, limpio echando un poco de agua y con la toalla y el piso quedó prácticamente igual.
