The rooms had no carpet which I appreciate and everything looked clean and tidy. Would definitely return and recommend. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Despite being close to highway it was very quiet.

- ZNZari NewleafSep 11, 20251.0Let me start by saying 5 stars on being CLEAN!!! 10/10 But, I was very disappointed in a lot of things... # 1 They didn't have a top sheet on the main blanket... That's gross... (The main blanket doesn't get washed often) #2 There was no breakfast hot on the go sandwiches like pictures for AVID hotels show... There was also no breakfast bars... Which is another reason I booked this place #3 The water was WARM!!! And took forever to get there too.. The hotel was not that busy, so there is no excuse... That was soooo disappointing! I really need my hot baths, due to joint pain... I couldn't even refill the bath half way in the bath, because cold water would come out.. #4 The TV didn't really work.. I could only CAST, otherwise the live TV for every channel was black - it even shut off during casting multiple times. #5 The "blackout curtains" didn't go down all the way touching the bottom, so BRIGHT lights from the parking lot were casting in... #6 The sparkling water was not working "and when it was" it wasn't sparkling.. (One of the reasons I booked this place) I'd really love to come back, if they fixed these issues. (And change my review) Considering I will be coming too El Paso every two weeks for work.
