  First time staying at this Best Western, I love how it was clean, love that they offer room service on a daily basis not like other hotels where they schedule them a few days later. The fact that there was no carpet was such a relief. Great customer service. Overall very happy with my stay definitely will book again with them

  Okay so we booked a room with you guys last weekend, For a volleyball 🏐 tournaments that was going on in the area. Everything was beyond what I expected when catching a room for a great price. However I was disappointed with just the security deposit not being return to the account. We used a card to pay for the room. It was still a great stay, breakfast was amazing , stay was excellent 👌🏽 but I do advise people to read the fine print for $234.98 for two nights is something u would consider to pay, if any security deposit is taken out. You may not get the refund back it will go to charge, because they will charge you. I would ask everyone to ask the desk clerk for everything in paper. We were given a less amount on the web with Hotels .Com it stated we pay $184.00 + tax but I guess the amount changed. I would like people to double check the paper leasing of the rooms before they book the room. All in all I can say it was excellent stay👌🏽, the view was perfect & beyond beautiful, but communication needs to be accurate with the amount for the rooms. ESPECIALLY IF THEY SAY security deposit. Also I would liked to personally thank the service management "Gus " He deserves to be recognized, he was so super friendly and very understanding when we came in late from along travel from Northern New Mexico after 8-9pm he helped us so much thankyou for everything u did. I believe we may stay their again because we liked the hotel.

  Bugs, cable outlet cover was pull out of wall , stains on the sofa couch and bed covers ( 2nd bed ) shower head was dirty. If you are on a budget and have to stay make sure its not room 104

  I Needed a place to relax, think and escape. Best Western was the perfect place. Although I had not made reservations. The gentleman that greated me was quick getting me in a comfortable and clean room. I woke up to making myself a fresh cup coffee in my room. I must thank them for the blow dryer as well as for the iron. I would of been a hot mess since I had not thought to bring my own. All in all..great service, great room, great breakfast and a great time.
