  Stayed at avid hotel El Paso East and had a really smooth experience. We arrived pretty late, but the staff was incredibly accommodating right from the start. I asked about a late checkout, and they were kind enough to offer it until 1PM with no extra fee—which was such a nice touch after a long travel day. Even better, they fully respected that rest time. Housekeeping didn’t disturb us at all, which honestly made a big difference in how refreshed we felt. In the end, we checked out around noon, but having that flexibility took the pressure off the morning. Overall, the staff was gracious, thoughtful, and made the stay easy and comfortable. Definitely appreciated the hospitality.

  Its hard to believe this hotel is new. Our room was worn out and not clean.... Hair, footprints, and generally, dirty. The guy at the front desk was accommodating and helpful. I would not stay here again.

  Really enjoyed my stay at Avid in El Paso. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything was easy from check in to check out. It is a great place to stay if you are traveling for business or just passing through. This is my go to hotel in El Paso

  It was a surprise for me since I did not know the brand. I chose it because it is part of the IHG family and the closeness to the Fountain shopping mall. Rooms very clean, staff super kind, overall it was a very good surprise. I had to make some changes in my reservation and they support my needs (although I was charged at the end an extra night because of my fault and last minute change). I need to mention the room was smaller as expected, they have unconventional closet trying to take advantage of the small space and they got it.

  SUCH a BEAUTIFUL hotel! This was my first time in El Paso, flying into the city and renting a car. The location from the airport is SO close and such an easy drive, maybe 7 minutes max! I was here for a dental school tour, and being in a new city, by myself, hundreds of miles from home, I felt so comfortable and secure at this hotel. The doors to the room are very heavy and need a little extra *umph* to make sure they lock, which I appreciated. I’d brought my handy dandy portable lock and didn’t even need it! The room itself was so clean, the linens were fresh, and the pillows were SO comfortable! I always appreciate when a hotel has great AC, and this hotel DEFINITELY has it! The hotel staff were all so kind and welcoming, and I will definitely be returning!
