This is the second room I came into and the roller shade is broken. This looks terrible and it's unacceptable.
I usually, stay down here about six times a year but this will be the last time.

BED BUGS! I had bed bugs in my bed, my wife was bitten all over her arms and legs. We only discovered this on the 4th night of our stay when my wife felt the bite as she was sleeping (at 2am). I went downstairs to the front desk and was given a different room (sure, whatever) and was told to talk to the manager in the morning when she's there. Comes the next morning, I try to talk to the property manager and she flat out denies having bed bugs (although i have photos that I gladly presented), refuses to do anything about it (I expected some sort of a refund given that we were bitten with visible bite marks, we had interrupted sleep, we had to deep clean our clothes and luggage to avoid moving bed bugs with us, etc etc), and her only response was that a lab company would come on Monday (2 days later) and will check the room, and that the manager would call me to let me know the findings on that day (which never happened, 5 days after supposed call). This has been my worst stay at a hotel.
Edit: since I'm not able to respond to business response below, I'm editing my review in here in response. My response is: "the photos i shared and the bites on my and my wife's arms and legs say otherwise. But ofcourse the business would say that and avoid responsibility."
