  They will double charge you but then claim they have no control of giving you your money back.

  Beautiful hotel, was pleasantly surprised. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Amanda checked me in and was so nice. You csn tell these employees take pride in their jobs. The bed was pretty hard though and there was no body wash but I would definitely stay there again. It is also in a great location. The breakfast was good.

  I'm more than happy to book this hotel. It's super clean, everything is walkable distance, staff is nice. Plus it's affordable. Nice buy!

  DO NOT STAY HERE! I stayed here under a friend who made the reservation! The shower sprayed all over us and when I reported to the front desk they said we can send maintenance instead of moving us then they charged our card 300 dollars for a smoking fee of which on the paper says she was caught smoking and I do not smoke! The breakfast in the morning was empty and no one assisted. This was the worst hotel experience I ever had mixed with lies about smoking about a non smoker. They are clearly struggling and need extra money beware they will make false accusations and at are anti-woman! The worst stay of all my traveling experience!

  Upon check in I was told to give them a credit card for incidentals but I told them that incidentals was covered by the engine we usually reserve from. She immediately said “no we’ve never had that before” until I handed my phone over with the email stating we had incidentals covered in our reservation but I said I would call the company we booked through to handle it. She put a finger up and was dismissive about anything else I had to say until she saw that incidentals WAS covered under my reservation. Next day I asked if I can have any plastic spoon or fork to eat the food I heated up in the microwave but that lady told me it was only for people eating breakfast during breakfast hours. And it seemed every morning I woke up there were roaches and bugs. I was pleased with housekeeping and the daily room refreshments.
