There was a pile of old dead crickets by a chair that had a weird stain that doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned. I ended up having the sanitize “touch points” around the room myself(door knobs, counters,etc). You can tell they do a very superficial tidying of the room but it is not well cleaned unfortunately. I’ve stayed at motels cleaner than the room we were in. I would not be at all surprised if they don’t bother to change the sheets between guest stays. Can’t wait to go home and shower. Service was just fine, no complaints with any of the staff, check in/out process went smoothly.

After talking to the front desk (who then contacted the hotel manager) I was told nothing could be done that night. I was then informed that the manager was going to contact me after the weekend and the room was going to be comp. The manager never called me and the room was never comp.

I don’t want the breakfast because if the same ppl cleaning, they just might be cooking and: or preparing the food too. Disappointed!
