    I hate to be harsh but the room we were given was genuinely gross to stay in. There was a pile of old dead crickets by a chair that had a weird stain that doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned. I ended up having the sanitize “touch points” around the room myself(door knobs, counters,etc). You can tell they do a very superficial tidying of the room but it is not well cleaned unfortunately. I’ve stayed at motels cleaner than the room we were in. I would not be at all surprised if they don’t bother to change the sheets between guest stays. Can’t wait to go home and shower. Service was just fine, no complaints with any of the staff, check in/out process went smoothly.

    The room had no hot water. After 12 hours on the road on a Friday, all me and my family wanted to do is take a shower and go to bed, but we couldn't. After talking to the front desk (who then contacted the hotel manager) I was told nothing could be done that night. I was then informed that the manager was going to contact me after the weekend and the room was going to be comp. The manager never called me and the room was never comp.

    My whole stay was without warm water. Staff actively knew of the issue and didn’t proactively try to resolve it. No compensation for poor stay either.

    I had to actually go out to buy products to clean sink and toilet! Disgusting! Both had black residue build up around edge. Horrible. Everything else was ok. I don’t want the breakfast because if the same ppl cleaning, they just might be cooking and: or preparing the food too. Disappointed!
