The breakfast was on point with sausage links and patties, mini cheese omelets, fresh ground coffee and an assortment t of fruit and cereal. There was even a fridge with yogurt and milk. Customer service was fantastic. I even had a rewards gift bag with water and a snack when I checked in. It's the little things that count. Thank you.
- AHAna HortonMar 11, 20262.0It was not a good experience. First thing we noticed was a stinky, mildew smell to the room. The toilet was running. The tub was dirty. When we opened the curtains we noticed the window was cracked and taped over with packing tape. Not the best thing to see in a room on the second floor. I think the hardest thing was how bothered the young man at the front desk was. For over $100 dollars a night, the least I can expect is a clean room.
