You will be transferred overseas to India to speak with a representative, that while friendly, will sell you a suite and say this is the only option available. There are more rooms open that are half the price.

The outlets where you charge your phone are connected to the light switch so when you turn off the light your phone stops charging. One outlets has sparks shoot out anytime you plugged something in. Want to watch tv? Well it’s going to be so pixelated you can’t see anything. My son wanted to go to the pool but it was nasty and the hot tub was freezing and no jets worked .stay somewhere else this place has really gone down hill.
