- JHJay HawkinsDec 31, 20255.0We got into our room and within 30 mins our neighbors were very loud, playing music loud, when they were talking to each other never turned music down just was yelling. We left and as I was about to walk out I said to the front desk person what was going on and if it continued I would like to be moved he agreed. When we got back around 8:30ish we could hear the music from the elevator. I went down and told the front desk person, he smiled and said “I got you”. He moved us to another room, not just a room but a suit. I like to say Orrin (front desk person) did an outstanding job. Holiday inn express in Duncanville did an outstanding job.

- AAA ADec 8, 20255.0The gentleman at the front lobby was wonderful! He was so friendly and thought of everything before we got in our room. Our room was missing a remote control for the tv. He found one for us and walked down to the room to make sure it was working. It was right off the interstate and easy to find. We definitely would recommend.
