    TO ANYONE THT FREQUENT THIS HOTEL…..DONT!!!! We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Duncanville 2/7/26 and wasn’t there not even an hour when the front desk clerk called the room asking if the Corvette tht was parked in the VIP area which is located right in the front, belonged to us…After verifying that it was indeed our vehicle, we were told the window had been broken out and that the Duncanville police had already been alerted and was outside waiting for us to come down to assess the damage. Once we got up and went down to see the damage that was done, we were both in shocked. The front desk clerk that was on duty tht night did his job and we greatly appreciate him but the overall experience was horrible bkuz the next morning before we left, RC went down to get breakfast for us and called me to verify what I wanted and the young lady he spoke with verified wht she thought she heard but still got our order wrong and the guy that worked in the kitchen with her came out as if he wanted to fight RC not even knowing what really transpired but the good thing about it, the morning clerk saw the whole thing and reported it to Corporate but the Hilton Garden Inn decided NOT to compensate us for the damage on the car or the their irate employee that disrespected RC over an order that was repeated twice but they still got it wrong, so FAIR warning to anyone that go there….. know that if anything happen to you or your property while parked on their parking lot even if it’s in the VIP area, they won’t compensate you at all but instead will turn against you and we were loyal customers of theirs…..Sorry but NOT Sorry😐

    I stayed in room 218 from 2/6/26-2/9/26. The first day of check-in I noticed that I had not chose an accessible shower for my elder mom. The woman (African American)at the front desk was helpful and pleasant and accommodating for my moms needs as well. Sorry I don’t remember her name but very beautiful inside and out. On another occasion I had to book the room for an extra day. Thank god for Jeremy, he immediately took care of the situation and extended my stay for another day and I didn’t have to change rooms. Thank you Jeremy you are the best. If I ever visit Texas again I will be booking my stay here. Staff very nice and polite.

    My experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Duncanville was marked by appalling service and a complete lack of professionalism. The staff exhibited an incredibly rude and disrespectful attitude throughout our stay, showing no regard for basic hospitality or guest concerns. Most disturbingly, while I stepped away to the restroom, the hotel served my children food that was clearly rotten and unfit for consumption. It is unacceptable for any establishment, especially one under a major brand, to demonstrate such blatant negligence toward child safety and customer respect

    This place is in need of a makeover. Although the rooms are ok, the overall aesthetic is about 20 years past its prime. My door has a crack between the frame and the door on the side so wide I can almost stick my finger in it. The paint is peeling in the bathroom and the traffic noise is so loud it's almost like you're sleeping on the highway you can see outside. The people that work the desk here are super nice tho and the hotel is right off the highway so it's a good place if you need a place to stop for the night after a long drive. Not really the type of place I would go out of my way to stay at again tho.
