    The hotel was ok but needs updating. Too many bugs in the rooms. They sell water in the rooms if you are not at least a silver rewards member and the breakfast is underwhelming and not free.

    This place is in need of a makeover. Although the rooms are ok, the overall aesthetic is about 20 years past its prime. My door has a crack between the frame and the door on the side so wide I can almost stick my finger in it. The paint is peeling in the bathroom and the traffic noise is so loud it's almost like you're sleeping on the highway you can see outside. The people that work the desk here are super nice tho and the hotel is right off the highway so it's a good place if you need a place to stop for the night after a long drive. Not really the type of place I would go out of my way to stay at again tho.

    Please be aware that there are no cameras facing the cars in the parking lot. Our second night staying at the hotel someone stoled our rear lights from our truck. They should have someone patrolling in the parking lot. Our vacation was a total mess. We had to order the lights and we couldn’t use our truck for the rest of our trip. All we got was an apology “sorry we only have cameras in the entrance doors”. First and last time that we stay at a Hilton hotel.

    The room was okay bathroom tub was chipped. Wifi was slow and went out for about a whole day. Only one coin operated washing machine and dryer. The breakfast was decent. There isn't a business center either.

    Pésimo el servicio en el hotel . Apenas llegamos decidimos almorzar en el restaurante y tomar vino celebrando nuestro aniversario . Terminamos de comer y le pedimos ala Mesera que porfavor si podía retirar los platos y ella dijo que no , nos envió la cuenta varias veces a pesar de que pedíamos vino , luego cerveza . La atención muy pésima . Llegamos al cuarto y el cuarto estaba sucio , habíamos alquilado por una noche que me costó $200 con los taxes fue el sábado 06 al domingo 07 , pedimos un cuarto con jacussi y el jacussi estaba sucio , y roto . No habían toallas . Quisimos reclamar pero la de recepción que por cierto ella nos trató muy bien no hablaba español . Tuvimos que dejar el cuarto a las 11 pm ya que no era lo que pensábamos , me incomodó no poder entrar al jacussi ya que estaba sucio y además manchado y roto . Lamentablemente es un pésimo servicio . Haré mi reclamo para que me hagan la Devolución de mi dinero . Tuve que perder mi día de celebración por esta pésima Atención . La chica que era la mesera del restaurante nos miraba súper raro solo Porque no hablamos inglés es pésimo . Tome foto de los platos que estaban hay y apesar de que pedimos si lo podían retirar la muchacha no quiso . Que estrés no lo recomiendo para nada . Y devuélvanme mi dinero que tuve que irme ese día ya que es pésimo
