    Physically checked in during normal check in hours. they charged my card up front. gave me a room key go on about my day. next day i find out some how they managed to cancel my reservation for "no-show" even though i was standing in front of them when they charged my card and they even physically handed me room keys... not to mention i am on camera checking in.... they claimed they "fixed" it by charging my card again and starting a new reservation... so they stole money hoping no one would check. still waiting on their management to actually correct their own mistake and refund the fraudulent 2nd charge.

    I’ve called a couple of times asking to speak to management about an application I submitted. And the young lady in the morning Never states her name when she answers the phone. Asked me what position I applied for, then proceeded to tell me “That Position is not Available”. Unprofessional!! Considering she’s not a supervisor or manager and Should Not be turning away applicants. I Called back and spoke to manager (Gracie or Daisy), she took my info and Advised me there would be an opening soon. HENCE why the position was posted . Called today 11/18 to follow up with management, and the same young lady answered the phone Not stating her name. We went around in circles about who was Manager on duty! She said management isn’t there today…Ok, I asked for a supervisor instead. “There is not a Supervisor”. OK WELL WHO IS IN CHARGE RIGHT NOW ?? She said the Owner. She could have At Least wrote down my name and number or asked if I wanted to leave a message and transferred me to the Manager’s voicemail. She couldn’t even do that . I told her Thankyou and withdrew my application,

    Women at front desk is rude and unprofessional. Does not greet you or acknowledges you just on her phone. If you work at a front desk you need to be customer service oriented. Also double check your receipts for any surprise charges. Overall not satisfied with stay and service. Cleaning staff and kitchen were helpful. Food was okay has the basics

    The room is so clean and nice Everything is great here. I've seen so many places that offer similar price range with worse conditions and this place deserves so much more.

    Excellent clean hotel with friendly staff. I arrived early and the wonderful desk clerk allowed me to check in a little early which was wonderful because I was so tired from my trip. Room was great and shower had great water pressure and good hot water. Huge TV. Excellent hotel!
