When I raised the issue at the front desk, the only response I received was, “Oops, that’s unfortunate,” without any real solution or follow-up. This level of service is unacceptable and far below what one would expect during a multi-day stay.

Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The following morning I was treated with total lack of respect and terrible attitude. Wendy treated us like dirt, just because I asked for butter and the manager should hear from customers that would be a good idea. Wendy told us repeatedly there is no manager. She had the challenging and disrespectful attitude. I wanted to settle my folio and she said I’ve should have done it last night. Terrible attitude! We are not coming back and reading the reviews, we know there is a bad trend here. Stay away from this hotel in my opinion!!!
