Lucy deserves a raise for sure! She was so patient with all my rugrats and the food was great! The Chilaquiles she made were the best!

I noticed the little touches of plants on the tables, and the area kept spotless. A+ ! --- Mattress was comfortable, sheets, bed, and entire room were clean. Got a BW Discount, excellent value! --- Maintenance needs to replace/repair/look at the tub drain, please; kept closing, wouldn't drain, had to take it out.

Best Western Duncanville has multiple spots to provide parking for up to 6 trucks with trailers. Emilia is always the one to check.me in. She is always wonderful and helpful. The staff here overall is 💯%. I highly revolves this place for anyone. Especially drivers looking to get a good night sleep. Breakfast is always on point. With eggs, potatoes, sausage egg and cheese croissants. I will always stay here when in the DFW. Thankyou Emilia and staff for a wonderful experience. They also give put puppy treat bags. My service dogs enjoy coming here with me also.
- SCShay C.Dec 3, 20254.0The room was clean and well maintained. Veronica made delicious breakfast that included eggs, homemade salsa, and potatoes besides other scrumptious food. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. The check in and check out process was super easy. Monica was super efficient, courteous and welcoming. Emelia, on the other hand was not as friendly. When I came into the lobby to check in she barely spoke and had me wait on Monica to assist me while she proceeded to continue typing without letting me know that I would be assisted by someone else else. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and will most definitely visit this location again and recommend friends and family.
