We stayed here in September and found the hotel to be clean and pleasant. The room was spacious and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the swimming pool experienced issues with a leak, possibly from a nearby pond, which caused the water to turn green and become unusable during our visit.

We stayed there from 4-9 Sept. Nasty rooms, dirty elevators, hall carpets with trash, furniture in the room was severely stained, service of the room was barely existent, for the entire stay. Despite being told they serviced the rooms daily, including vacuuming, the same pieces of paper were on the room floor from check in to check out. After reporting it to the front desk on day 2 and again at check out, I’ve heard nothing from management. I’d stay anywhere but here if you can.

Tried to book a hotel block here for an upcoming wedding. I would avoid this location at all costs. The rate they gave me for the wedding block was more expensive than booking it online and the communication from the hotel was terrible. I would avoid against using this location for a hotel wedding block /group. Plus the Marriot is so much nicer.

My family and I stayed here to save a little money vs staying where we usually do. Unfortunately it wasn't really worth the money we saved. They are in the middle of renovations so it was a bit noisy, which is okay during the daylight hours. What was not okay, was the fact that they were working on the floor above us until midnight, stomping back and forth and banging on the walls. My family and I had to get up at 5am the next morning and the noise kept us awake. The phones in the rooms didnt work, the lamps flickered, our room keys would work then stop working and we kept having to get them replaced, the hallways were hot without AC, the elevators were absolutely filthy, our bathroom was not very clean, other peoples hair scattered on the floor and tub, dried poop on the side of the toilet... (thankfully I always come prepared w gloves and disinfectant wipes!!) However, our beds were clean, the AC in the room worked well, there were no bad odors, and the staff at the front desk where friendly, polite, and helpful on both morning and evening shifts. Once the renovations are completed, we may consider staying here again and giving them a second chance.
