  Very nice place. Staff is very friendly. Even cane out to jump out car after the freeze. I like the new self serve coffee machines. Rooms are very comfortable and immaculately cleaned.

  I travel for work and I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express. This is my favorite one. The location is great. Dripping Springs is beautiful and so close to Austin. No shortage of wonderful restaurants. The staff here is pleasant. Jonni, the one at the front desk when I come back from work is always smiling. She always asks if I need anything and to let her know. Which I have always been accommodated when I need something. The coffee and breakfast is great! Fresh ground coffee beans and they even have oatmeal with toppings and the fruit looks fresh. I will be back for sure!

  Here are the good points of our 11 day stay: - Staff is extremely friendly - Great free breakfast thanks to Michelle who works the kitchen! - Good quiet sleep and comfortable bed - Nice large king room - Good location near family Bad points: - ALL 3 treadmills were down. My wife and I use a treadmill daily and one reason I picked this location was their larger fitness center. Would have been nice for them to offer access to YMCA - Washer and dryer out of order - not good for 11 day stay - Inconsistent housekeeping - Cold lobby - had to wear extra clothing for breakfast, thermostat showing 63 degrees one day. They kept the main doors open at times during our stay - room safe didn't work - elevators needed cleaning Will call ahead to make sure Fitness Center equipment is functional before booking again

  Booked a queen suite for a night. Staff was helpful..room was spacious and clean. There were obvious signs that an old motel went through renovation and turned into Holiday Inn Express. Cost. Prepaid booking for 161 plus taxes. I give it 5 stats for the location and walking distance access to restaurants, HEB grocery, gas station and even a emergency medical center. 20 to 30 minutes drive some.nature preserve and breweries in Dripping Springs. Breakfast was limited. Expected boiled eggs, potatoes in some form like hash or wedges, some form of sausage, but none of this was served. Instead we got scrambled eggs, kolaches that were stiff. Best part of the stays was free costa coffee freshly ground and brewed from the machine on the lobby/breakfast area.
