I haven’t had the breakfast yet, but I’m assuming it’ll be fine too. I didn’t want to spend $100 but I was safe good and clean so I can’t complain.

No trash can in bathroom. Lobby area had children’s drinks on desk at check in, unsanitary. No hair dryer provided in room. Empty seat cover dispenser in filthy downstairs men’s lobby restroom. As Diamond Select loyal BW customers, no acknowledgement offered at check in, not even water bottles or gift bag given. Breakfast awful, no fresh fruit. Desk clerk promised to get back to us when manager came in at 10 am regarding rebating room charge. Nobody including her ever replied or got back to us. Very poorly run particularly as a Best Western Plus. We expected better.
