    Service was great, rooms were comfy & clean. They also offered a free breakfast which was really nice. The location is close to several eateries, grocery store, car wash, etc. I definitely recommend.

    The worst experience I’ve ever had the person working the front desk wanted to argue with me about everything I will never stay here again because of this one person he is horrible

    I had a very disappointing experience at your GLŌ Best Western in DeSoto, TX location today. I pass this hotel almost daily and have always wanted to stay there, so my daughter tried to bless me with a stay using her gift card. She attempted to book online, but the system would not accept the gift card. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk attendant made me wait about ten minutes before acknowledging me. After my daughter successfully made the reservation, he still refused to accept the gift card and the reservation number. I then attempted to provide the gift card number directly, and he wouldn’t even look at it. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but this occurred today, 3/21/26, at approximately 3:10 PM CT. The hotel looks beautiful and inviting from the outside, but the customer service I received was extremely disappointing. Why do you take money for gift cards that you do not accept at your hotels. You may dismiss this compliant but please know I will keep sharing until I reach Larry Cuculic.

    Let's start with my arrival. My son and I entered the hotel behind another couple with their infant and there was someone already inside checking in . The hotel is in fact very nice and clean I didn't explore the entire place. The couple in front was greeted with a smile and thank you for waiting.. me thinking to myself well that's nice ok .. I get to the counter nothing... Nothing at all my 15 yr old looked at me I shook my head and whispered I'll explain later.. after checking in went upstairs to our room it was not what I expected the room was indeed small it really creeped me out with my bed by the door as if I was staying in a motel but...the room was clean bathroom clean Maria did a very good job at that... As the days went by in and Thru the lobby the other employees were very nice always spoke asked how our stay was going all of that.. So on the morning of check out guess who was there with another employee to check us out.. yeah that guy Glo you guys have to train your employees to treat everyone equally smile with one smile with all. I work in customer service and big on it please do better.

    Very bad place, staff are so rude people, management do not care for anything about the customers, very bad customer service, this ugly and bad place with their employees and management people working there are not recommended for anyone. Stop lying to people and just takes and steal their money for nothing without providing them any service or help at all, I show up there with my family and as I mentioned before, your team and your management with your managers, ( Jennifer ) they are very bad how they dealing with their customers and they are so rude and that’s why I didn’t check in for your hotel but I show up there and you didn’t help us for my issue at all and this is why we leave your place with a very bad service from you and bad experience even though with your Manager attitude.
