My siblings and I got a room for a two night stay... when we pulled up in the morning, one of the African American men that works in the front desk, saw us. He was the african american skinny man standing outside smoking... as soon as walked in, we went upstairs and came back down to eat breakfast. While we were waiting on our sister to come down, Elisha immediately asked us how our stay was and what room we were in. Mind you it wasn't none else downstairs yet, and then the aa man came over to us asking for our name and room number...I gave the wrong number and he comes back saying out loud...my records don't match any of that info but you know what... go ahead and eat... he said it wile flashing his hands at us...I then texted my sister upstairs to see if I had the right number for the room and I got it mixed up. Told the man the room number and he came back again saying he didn't have that info either and said it, yall go ahead and eat... my sister came downstairs and I explained how we kept getting harassed by the front desk person... my sister had the card since she was the last to come down... neither wokers were there last night so they didn't know of the situation... they both kept quiet when my sister came down and saw us get the cart to go upstairs and get our belongings... when I asked the front desk for their names, the aa woman with the short hair came out trying to explain...I stopped her and told her I just need her name... if you come out trying to explain yourself, you know you are in the wrong... they did all of this on front of our daughter and other people were down eating by then and heard everything! Asking for our information when they didn't ask anyone else...
- JMjamil murphyOct 22, 20251.0MANAGER KICKED MY FAMILY OUT & GOT IN MY SISTER'S FACE!!! Insurance company placed my family at this location while home was being repaired from flood damage. Even with reservation until the next month. Management said reservation was being canceled we had until next day to leave!! My sister told manager we had two Elderly & Disabled Family Members and moving them on such short notice was a huge inconvenience with it being Texas/OU college football weekend all hotels are booked. Manager Nicholas then became Very Rude and Aggressive saying He Needed that Room!! and another employee named Alisha joined in saying It's Not Their Fault You Are Homeless!! Then Nicholas Got in My Sister's Face to the point where another employee had to come Between Them! Once separated He just stood there with an Intimidating Look on his Face not taking his eyes off her!! At this point my Sister became Fearful of her Safety. And just wanted to get herself and our disabled family members out of building without further incident. To add more insult to situation. Staff said we can come back after Texas/OU college football weekend!! We contacted corporate office that confirmed reservation and investigation has been opened.
