  Very bad place, staff are so rude people, management do not care for anything about the customers, very bad customer service, this ugly and bad place with their employees and management people working there are not recommended for anyone. Stop lying to people and just takes and steal their money for nothing without providing them any service or help at all, I show up there with my family and as I mentioned before, your team and your management with your managers, ( Jennifer ) they are very bad how they dealing with their customers and they are so rude and that’s why I didn’t check in for your hotel but I show up there and you didn’t help us for my issue at all and this is why we leave your place with a very bad service from you and bad experience even though with your Manager attitude.

  As a current occupancy I can say this place is 3 stars at best and that's for the staff only. While I've been here the fire alarms have gone off three times. Once at 7 pm. Once at 3 am. And again at 4 am. All within the span of a week to a week in a half.. The breakfast is about what you expect. The fridge was completely off when I checked in, the room shows wear and tear. The biggest downside is the business center. A single computer in the lobby that DOESN'T WORK AT ALL!! won't even pop up a home page much less open the internet. The pool/hot tub/spa is luke warm and actually cut me from how rough the lining and sides of it are. I had to use a pool towel to sit down on the bench in the pool. One upside is the room IS clean. But if you want a turn down service or trash bags for your room go ask the front desk. The staff are very professional and helpful. Unfortunately it's just not a great hotel for the price.

  If you are sensitive to scents the lobby is going to knock you down. I don't know what they use to clean or scent it but it's beyond strong. During checkin I had to go back outside as I felt that I was going to pass out from the fragrance. Overall the hotel seems to be very clean. Some of the furniture is cheap so it's got wear and tear on it earlier then expected. The bed seems to be comfortable and we have not checked out the hot tub yet. If you are from the country - ask for a room away from the highway as the sound is incredibly loud. The gentleman at the front desk is kind and helpful. He helped us with a sticky situation when I could not locate my ID and we needed to update the name on the reservation to my husband. He was patient through it all.

  Completely and absolutely unprofessional it was stated on their website as well as even calling in beforehand that they were a pet friendly hotel after arriving there the front desk clerk told me they are not pet friendly it was a complete and absolute waste of time and Uber fare while my semi truck was under repair I wouldn't care if they even consider changing their policy after I walked out of the place someone else walked out with their pet outside the hotel complete double standard lying staff as far as I'm concerned I will never stay in any of these particular hotels underneath this chain whatsoever
