  Don't stay here. We extended our stay and received a receipt from the desk for the extension, only for them to tell us to leave the day before our checkout. We talked to the manager Arnold and he said he wouldn't honor our checkout date, even when we showed him our receipt that we received when we asked to extend our stay. We have paid them in full and they refuse to fix the situation. During our stay the first room they gave us, the air conditioner broke and they had to move us to a different room. The first room had throw up splatter all over the bathroom wall and the base of the door. The second room had a roach crawling on the kitchen counter. We have receipts, pictures, and videos of the problems we have had. Save yourself the trouble.

  This hotel offers great service from the staff and management. They helped us with a discount when we explained our situation for staying there for 6 nights. The beds are comfortable the rooms are clean and its quiet. I'll always stay at this hotel in Denton.

  Being an IHG diamond elite member for years I’ve never felt the need to give a negative review until now. Upon entry to the hotel the woman at the counter was extremely rude by not welcoming me and then proceeding to not look at me our entire interaction (which had a poor tone to it). This I can let slide, I’ve had bad service before. What sent me over the edge was finding blood stains on both my shower wall and the bathroom mat. I’ve stayed here once before and don’t remember it being this bad but I will NEVER stay here again. Please spend the extra money to go somewhere else.

  Un buffet libre de desayuno maravilloso cuidado en cada detalle con mucho amor y mucho cariño hecho con una veriedad para todos los paladares lleno de frutas, verduras, huevos, baicon, cereales y un sin fin. La atención personal de los trabajadores es increíble en especial Yesenia , siempre con una sonrisa y muy amables dispuestos a ayudar y a garantizar que empecemos el día de la mejor manera posible. Todo muy limpio, amplio y cómodo Muy agradecidos! Repetiremos
