- CWCharles WNov 2, 20251.0Constant problems with room access. A room without access is just a door; I didn't pay for a door. The front desk had to let us in the room; we had to leave someone if the room if we left to get us back in. No acknowledgement that there was an actual issue, and no manager available all weekend. Apparently, Hilton Honors isn't what it used to be. I hear IHG has a good rewards program.

- LLLynetteSep 28, 20251.0DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Worst experience ever. Staff is not trained at 11:30 pm they gave someone else our room and while we were sleeping someone was trying to get in. Then at about 11:45 the front desk calls our room questioning how we were assigned that room, like we picked a random room and broke into it. There were several other issues as well and staff has NO customer service skills. When we left we said something to the woman at the front desk and her only response was “I will make a note of it” unacceptable!!!!!!!!
