  Housekeeping did a great job and the hotel stayed clean the whole time. Staff was super sweet and welcoming. Will be here again!

  Great hotel to stay at. Room was spotless when I first got in, and housekeeping was fantastic. They kept my room fresh throughout my stay. 5 Star hotel

  The good thing was the facility felt fresh and new. Overall, the accomodations were tidy upon entry and common areas were clean. Where this location failed is the poor upkeep. We stayed for 8 eight days. We discovered on arrival dispensers in the room that were not stocked for 5 of the days after arrival even after multiple requests. Towells would not be restocked both in room and even pool area. The most troubling part was arriving back to my room twice after being gone all day to have the door to our room open. These took place after obvious visits by the cleaning crew. This made us feel unsafe to leave items in our hotel room for fear of theft. This greatly disappointed our experience. I would say there was a general lack of concern in the part of the staff

  Love this new hotel for a staycation. Salt water pool was just divine and rooms were clean. Front desk clerk was so friendly. She even asked if we wanted a late check out, since I'm a Hilton Honors member. Breakfast was good. The only thing we experienced that was odd is the maids knocking on our door at 9am (not anywhere near normal 11am check out time) They questioned that we had a late checkout. Perhaps letting them know on their clean sheet would be good? Also, why are people posting about spinach pastries? I've traveled all over the country and have never seen this as an option. Odd

  We enjoyed our stay in October and my husband decided to stay overnight when picking our kid up from college. He forgot his toiletries bag when he checked out, which included his prescription glasses. When I tried calling that evening the phone rang for over 3 minutes with no one picking up. The next morning when I called and the front desk agent checked lost and found and there was nothing there. I asked if there is any way housekeeping hadn't cleaned the room yet or forgot to bring it down and asked for a call back that day. Now when I try calling I get a message that my call can't go through, making me wonder if my phone number has been blocked.
