  The hotel isn't bad, but some workers are very aggressive. I ran into such a worker when I went out, he started being rude to me, probably because I don't speak English well, after that I went up to the manager and explained to him that this is a person who can't work here, that he is very aggressive and asked to see the video, but they turned me down. after that, I was forced out after three days because they complained about me to my employer where I worked and they kicked me out. I ask this hotel chain to select workers carefully. And it seemed to me that this man had been in trouble with the law. I lived in this hotel for one month and nothing like this had happened before and I came across this man and this happened.

  I have stayed here many times, just one night so I can meet a friend for a night out. This time was not great. I was glad to see that coffee is now available 24/7. The room was fine, the bed did not appear to have had new linens on it, it was all messy. The shower had no pressure. The price went up $30 not sure why. The young woman at the reception desk was terrible. She was rude, the 2 men checking in before me were treated like second class citizens, she could not understand the one man and said as much to him, them just told him to sign. Just terrible treatment. When I mentioned the increase in price she said they were very busy and the price was due to that, funny thing though I am a reward member and made my reservation at least 2 month in advance. The parking lot had no cars in it, busy? Really? Not sure I want to pay $161 again for so little. Also, the lobby and elevators were filthy.

  Book Your Stay👍🏾 Hello, I would like to express GREAT GRATITUDE and a WONDERFUL comfortable STAY with 3 whining grandkids that made it unpleasing to be away from home😶at fidget temps very uncomfortable but Holiday Inn warm welcome entry 👍🏾 every employee was HAPPY with perfect welcoming spirits really made me feel just right and more calm that WE GOOD we all are just tired from football 😀We rested so well and room was sparkling clean smelling fresh that made a PEACEFUL REST lastly at GRACE OF GOD RISE AND SHINE FOR ANOTHER BLESSED DAY the morning BREAKFAST WAS JUST THE BOMB with adding A SUPER FANTASTIC SERVICE BY ROSE who took care of the dining area GREAT SERVICE with personally asking DID WE NEED ANYTHING ELSE before doors closed at 10:AM and very kid friendly THANK YOU ROSE and THANKS TO EVERYONE for great service on 1/17/26 and Morning of 1/18/26... If we ever have to return WE WILL BE STAYING WHERE WELCOMED and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOLIDAY INN💯

  If I could I would give this play 10 stars I would. Jean & Alexis are the BEST, very kind & sweet. I will definitely be back the staff is AMAZING‼️ 10/10
