The check in staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The night check in agent verified that we had a shower bench for my mom to use and also helped us with deciding on a place to eat dinner. The breakfast was great and very good selection of options to eat. I'd like to say a special thank you to Mike who helped me carry breakfast for mom I up to my room Saturday morning. He was extremely helpful and kept me from needing to make multiple trips. He was very friendly and I very much appreciated him as did my mom. Will definitely stay here again.

When asked about a toilet issue. When asked for a key card due to lockout. Experienced an unprofessional, moody attitude more than once with this individual. I believe the manager was skilled in customer service. I believe she will be able to identify & work with this person, should they so choose to improve. Other than that, shout out to the breakfast team. Also appreciate the Manager accepting & implementing feedback about the confusing Housekeeping rules. For extended stays.

I have stayed here at this location a hand full of times and let me just say that I'm always fully satisfied! Let's start with the employees that run this beautiful hotel, starting with your AM Shift, to PM shift, even the wonderful Night Auditor. The TEAM here at Holiday inn & suites are super sweet and friendly. Always have a smile on their face! They are very respectful and any time I've had an issue or I needed a key re made or even more towels they always seem to get it done and taken care of with no problems. The other night I had a bit of an issue and the lady that was working the PM shift was very caring about the issue and right away wanted to make sure I was taken care of. When you stay at a hotel I understand that problems happen but this staff have never disappointed! They truly make sure all of your needs are met! Thank you Holiday inn & Suites Denton(South) Also I want to included the nice gentleman who works as the breakfast attendant. Even though some mornings might be a little hectic and he might be busy he definitely makes sure things are replaced as needed with no attitude! He definitely has a smile on his face and he's ready to help out with whatever it may be. Not once have I went to have breakfast and he was to busy to just say good morning or if I needed help with anything. Thank you for being so caring and making sure that we all have a delicious breakfast!!
