I was really excited and grateful, as the reviews of this location were so good. And I'm happy to report that the hotel lived up to it's reputation! My room was excellent. The ac was ice cold. The staff was great and the breakfast was probably the best I've come across in recent memory. 5 stars all the way.

This caused my phone to switch to data without me realising and so I went over my data limit and got charged a huge bill. The Wi-Fi they have probably cost them 10$ q month that's how terrible it is. It has hindered me in many ways, due to my business being online.

If customer service is not something she enjoys or takes seriously, perhaps a different line of work—such as something less people-focused—would be more suitable. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy, especially in a service environment.
