    The hotel has recently gone through a complete renovation. It is absolutely stunning when you walk into the foyer. The rooms are exceptional. There is two drawbacks, the toilet sit in a little alcove that is very tight especially if you are a taller or heavier person. It is also a very small toilet. Which works for me because I'm barely barely 5 ft tall. However the towel bars are above the toilet with sit very high, which made it difficult for me to get the towels down to be able to bathe with. I was able to reach the hand towels easily however accessing the larger bath towels warrant issue for me. I nearly had to stand on the toilet in order to retrieve them. Other than that I would definitely give this particular Hotel a five-star rating. If you are in need of a hotel that is reasonably priced I highly recommend this particular Hotel

    The hotel room was nice. It could have used a sitting area, but otherwise was great. On the surface. The beds were some of the worst I've ever experienced. Two different people could not sleep because of how horribly uncomfortable and hard they were. The pillows weren't great either, but they were manageable. The beds were not. The front desk was not helpful. Two different people basically ignored our complaints. They said all the beds were the same. "Sorry." The maids didn't speak a lick of English so we couldn't ask for extra blankets to try to pad the beds with. They could have offered another room, but didn't. The breakfast was good. The room was next to the elevators and the maids closet so it was loud, but I could have looked past that too had the beds not been so bad. I will not stay at another Hampton though because of this.
