My corporate travel messed up both my car rental and hotel reservations. By the time I got to the hotel after midnight I was exhausted. He gave me the best available rate, made sure I had a snack and water, and was extremely compassionate. When I do my own business travel reservations, I typically only stay at Hampton Inn Hilton properties and this is exactly why. Thank you for making me feel welcome and easing the burdens of the day, Kyle. You rock!
