I got the Internet to connect, but I cannot get a page to load in less than 10 minutes. The TV's don't allow for any of the typical hotel apps (Netflix, Hulu, Etc.) and the "on demand" movies all cost money. The live channels that I chose... None of them would load... I mean... Free drinks and complimentary breakfast are nice, but Lord help you if you're in your room. It's been an unpleasant experience. Hope the Denton embassy can work on a better experience for patrons.

Staff and service was excellent, very helpful with a couple of special requests and needs. Healthy, flavorful reasonably priced Housekeeping was awesome keeping my room clean during my whole stay. And food was awesome!

I mean if you’re in a suite you don’t even get access to the suite floors without a card so safety reasons it’s great and less noise. Amazing just such a beautiful hotel during an ice storm it was great a little better if the parking lot maybe gotten some snow moved around so you could attempt to drive up to the doors would’ve been cool, but I stayed in Texas so well either you do you don’t know how to do ice and snow kiddos though
