Yes it really happened I'm the cleanest quietest customer they could have why me? Either your front desk is hating me personally or there minds are gone they refused to correct it. I'm a platinum member on priceline How can they think this is right? It seems personal kinda like I don't like you so get out unless the employee is stupid or something it's unfair and crazy who would of called cops in the first place? i stayed the night was ready to rebook and was eating I promise I did nothing wrong. It's way weird if this hotel to call police and not correct it bring your side to this story don't say cause you can cause you did it's nasty ball

Finding TV channels on the nice big screen TV really sucked, no guide, you have to scroll through all the channels. I could not even find a football game to watch on Sunday, very frustrating. They need to have a hard copy channel guide in the room. Also, there is a sign that says take down your Do Not Disturb sign by 11am if you want your room cleaned, we took ours down at 830am. Our room was not cleaned at noon and it appeared that they were about done cleaning for the day so I found a maid and asked why our room was not being cleaned and she said because of the Do Not Disturb sign from early in the morning and she wouldn't clean our room, she would only give us clean towels.
