  The stay was great. The location was perfect for being near our destinations and also having several dining options within walking distance. The staff was friendly. Our group had four rooms and were able to get them close together. The breakfast was average, as expected with BW. The internet was the only disappointment; it was unreliable and wouldn't maintain a connection.

  Was thinking maybe spend more for a better room NEXT time.. This Sour Dough "8" was in the middle of a science project.. Sinks pulling away from wall, Battery cover literally coming off back of remote to tv.. Guess I shouldn't gripe to much.. ceiling didn't leak or collapse..

  Overall, this was a decent place to stay. It is listed as a Best Western Plus hotel. The food center was average to above average in food choices. The quality of the food was slightly above average. Our room was quiet and clean. We appreciated the climate control wall unit which actually worked. Our beds were fine and we slept well. Our bathroom was clean, spacious, and adequately stocked with towels and amenities. The problem was the TV and TV provider. There was an older plasma TV model in the room. The TV remote was challenging to work. The worse part of the whole TV setup was the Google TV. There was no guide. The CC did not work. Trying to find a channel (news, movie, show) was very trying. We found the remote to be very unhelpful. It was one of the worst setups we have ever had to work with in a hotel, and we travel a lot. We complained to the hotel staff. They told us they were aware of this problem - it was a common complaint - and they had let the owners know of the complaints. No solution has been offered by the owners. If one does not care about TV at all, then this is not an issue. However, most travelers do like to relax by watching some sort of show. Or at least get information about the local weather through the TV. Again, not a problem for someone who uses their smart phone for everything. We found the Wi-Fi to be adequate.

  Rooms are cleaned everyda🫡,but the breakfast sucks, coffee machine doesn't work ,Wafle maker doesn't work eggs are nasty 🤮 not enough for every guest.... I always choose best Western but this one simply can't..... Some of my workers said that the guest loundry is not good too....
