Only funny quirk was how far away the toilet paper was from the toilet and the little "toilet paper hat" they put on the roll itself. Otherwise, breakfast and accommodations were as expected and satisfactory. Would definitely consider staying here again when in the area.

I checked in around 3:00 pm, and while the front desk clerk was friendly, things went downhill quickly. He gave me a first-floor room, and when I asked if it was quiet, he assured me that all the rooms were quiet and mentioned that “mostly construction workers stay here,” implying the hotel is peaceful because “they have to get up at like 5:30am.” Within minutes of getting to my room, it was clear that this wasn’t true. Loud music was blasting from the parking lot that was right outside my window. It was so loud that the walls of my room were shaking. This interfered with my virtual work meetings. When I called the front desk to complain, the worker implied that this was a recurring issue, but he would go out and silence the noise. The noise stopped for maybe five minutes, and then it started right back up again. At that point, I knew the "parking lot party" was going to be a recurring issue through the rest of the evening and night. So, I went to the front desk and asked for another room. But, was told they were "full". So, with no other options, I made the decision to check out of the hotel as there was no way that I could work in this environment, much less sleep. Unfortunately, Best Western offered No refund, no apology. It cost me over $100+ to sit in a loud, unusable room for about 45 minutes. Don't stay here! . This was an unacceptable experience, and I would not recommend this location to anyone who needs a quiet, professional, or respectful environment.

Loved the scrambled eggs, fresh yogurt, waffles and hot chocolate was outstanding. The rooms are very clean. Love the lemon soap, shampoo and conditioner.
