    Roj he is a great front desk worker. Everytime he see me he makes sure that I’m good and that my room doesn’t need to be clean. GREAT GUY

    The rooms are always clean and we have never had any issues with anything. It is quiet. It is easily accessible, right off of hwy 69/75. The indoor pool and hot tub are our fav, though the pool is cold during the winter months. The breakfast is amazing. But the best thing about this hotel is the amazing staff. They are all so nice and will help you with anything you need.

    First review I’ve ever made and I normally wouldn’t be the type to make a review but after my experience I feel like I should share. I booked my stay over the phone with Claire, whom btw I love she has nothing to do with this review! She was nothing but sweet and very helpful and seemed like she actually cared how our stay would go. Five stars to her! I had a reservation made weeks ago with her for yesterday and I live in Oklahoma and travel very often to Texas to visit with family, I had a call from Raj at 9am in the morning the day of check in and he told me my card was declining and if I wasn’t there by 4pm when check in is at 3pm he was going to cancel my reservation. Mind you it was only 9am in the morning and most cards will decline a card authorization if it’s locked or randomly ran and I’ve never had a hotel call me or even say that to me! So after I got off the phone with him I decided to call back and make sure they can run my card so that I can be sure I have a room to show up to because I have 3 small children traveling with me. I called back and spoke with Monica, I gave her my card information three times she said everything was okay and I’d be able to check in and keep my reservation, she then calls me back not even 10 minutes later to tell me my card was declining again and she wanted me to verify my card number again for the forth time except she read it back to me with people in the lobby (My father and mother in law were already there and stayed the night before and over heard) then I ask if my father in law could just put his card on there as an authorization at the very least because she messed up already and I am driving and she told me she can’t do that (Pretty much made me feel like I did not matter as a guest nor was she going to work with me) She ended up taking my card information down wrong some how with me telling her three times before but finally got it right after the forth time and second call. Worried I wouldn’t have a place to stay with all this extra stuff going on I show up to the hotel at 1pm and I am told I can’t check in because check in is at 3pm even though they called me at 9am over my card information! We didn’t even want to stay in the room at 1pm we just wanted to be sure we had a room while we went and spent time with our family but apparently we couldn’t even do that. This situation was nothing but stressful and honestly horrible and the first time I’ve ever experienced this. I was booked with them for May and I am canceling that reservation also since apparently a reservation doesn’t even matter to them.

    Raj front desk attendant gave me excellent services during my week stay a the best western plus in Denison Tx the breakfast was great rooms are excellent and the beds are super comfortable

    There were two gentlemen who is saw during my stay, Brian and Raj. Both were so welcoming each time we left the hotel and arrived. Breakfast was great, hotel clean and staff friendly. First time staying in Best Western and the experience was awesome!
