They did not call me to confirm if I was coming. I will be raising this issue with IHG. Stay at their properties regularly but never coming back to this one for sure.

She even remembered that when I checked in, I mentioned I wanted ice cream later….so when I came downstairs a few hours later and there was a looooong line, she looked at me and asked for my room number to charge it so I didn’t have to wait. She was helpful, accommodating, and made my stay peaceful. This hotel is quiet, clean, close to a convenience store, and the staff is nice and helpful. 10/10 would definitely stay again!!
