  perfect spot after a long flight! The shuttle driver and the checki in host were both great and freindly. easy check in and great amenities.

  I wish that there were ten stars because that is how I'd rate this property. My wife and I believed that our reservations were at a Holiday Inn Express at the Austin Airport. Since we could not locate an HIE at the airport, I went back to the Holiday Inn that I knew of just southwest of the airport. I gave the clerk my confirmation number and was told that we did not have reservations there and was sent to a Holiday Inn Express on the opposite side of the airport. When we arrived at that property we were again told that we did not have reservations there as well. I immediately called the IHG 800 number and explained that there must be a problem because our confirmation number wasn't for any IHG property and that we could not find a Holiday Inn Express at the airport. Whoever the guy was who answered my call at the 800 number laughed at me and then became VERY rude. Monique, the oncoming Desk Clerk, overheard the individual I was talking to about our reservations and how rude the individual from IHG was talking to me. She asked if she could talk to the person I was talking to so I gave her my phone. I have no idea who the guy was, but I'll put money on the fact that he was wishing that he had never answered my call. Monique let him know that he should never treat or talk to a guest the way he was talking to me. Then she began to get the reservation issue straightened out. She was put on hold while the IHG reservation operator made a phone call. My bet is that he had to go change his diaper after Moniques conversation with him. Within a short time, we finally had not only a room but an upgrade as well. I'm in the process of writing a personal letter to Elie Maalouf the CEO of the International Hotels Group commenting on Monique and her guest care. Additionally, I'm recommending that Monique be advanced to a corporate position that pertains to quality guest care.

  I only stayed here a few hours before an early flight, but was super impressed. The rooms were spacious and super clean. Even though breakfast didn’t start until 5:30am, I still was able to take a few things to go at 3:45am when I left. I chatted with the night auditor for a few minutes and she spoke of how much she enjoyed her job, which says a lot! Finally, the shuttle was ready for us immediately which was super helpful at this time of day. Great experience!

  Solid 5/5 - Location was perfect, just what we needed to get in some sleep before a 5 :30 am departure. The airport was a quick 5 min away. The rooms were clean and modern and very roomy. Last but not least the 2 employees that worked night shift on 2/6/26 were awesome, made my check in so quick I don't think I've ever had such a fast and easy check in. I believe one of them was training so KUDOS to them. Will definitely be staying at this location from now on for my early flights.
