Special mention for Ms.Asiah Walker We had a special unexpected situation and not only she calmed me but also made me feel welcome.She is very amazing and we need more people like her in the hospitality industry.She should be training or leading people how to interact with people.I would surely come back and stay in the same hotel just because of her .She made it an amazing experience for me and my family .

The night clerk was very friendly and seemed to be happy with a large smile everytime we saw him. The morning staff just the same. These are the best hotel beds I have EVER slept on. I actually slept. Any time I fly out of ABIA this is my night before stop. Give the staff my regards.

I also like to say thank you to Emily at the front desk for helping me. She’s very nice lady and always smiling. I would definitely stay here again if I’m on this side of town.
