    This hotel is under renovation and the hot tub is out of service. Neither of these were mentioned on the Hilton app yet the rate was still $158 usd base rate mid week. Had I know I would have skipped over this hotel. Stayed on the 2nd floor and could hear doors closing and people walking above. The shower is incredibly narrow. But the bed had nice sheets and pillows. The hot breakfast was sub par with omelets, biscuit, and gravy. Would have preferred to skip the gravy and have a meat product. If you are booking, try to get a room on the front side of the hotel. The back side has a well lit storage facility. If this was a $100 hotel, fine but not worth what we paid. Glad it was only one night.

    Very clean rooms. Bed was comfy and AC worked well. Solid breakfast (Hampton menu but executed well). I believe my room had been renovated. Negatives included bathroom door always closing, shower water hooked up backwards (I wasted water waiting for hot that never came), a faint but foul smell from the sink when no water was going down. Bathroom and hallway tiles, while new, creaked and seemed a bit loose. Pipes or something else knocking with irregularity.

    The place is under renovation, they dont tell you on the app. Ice is tough, staff kind but not very helpful. Breakfast lame, art in room MIA and drywall dust behind everything in my room.

    Disclaimer: Hotel is under construction and their website does NOT reflect this. Cost was very steep compared to other hotels, so we assumed it was going to be a nice, updated Hampton. We arrived to a hotel under construction - half of the hotel was closed, construction was happening on all floors, gym was not accessible, pool was not operating, etc. My room was on the 3rd floor, but the elevators were also not working! We had to walk to the end of the hotel, carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs, and down the hallway to the opposite side to the rooms that were available. My room was updated, but the shower leaked water into the hallway, the TV was extremely old, and my window was cracked (from the construction per the front desk clerk). The next morning when we went down to breakfast, all the tables were dirty and there was an individual sitting by the front doors (from the previous evening) playing computer games, drinking a large handle of alcohol. Did he work here or even have a room? Why allow him to sit right at the entrance? Breakfast was mediocre at best sadly. Never again.

    The handicap rooms as in bad shape. The rooms upstairs have been redone. They are in the process of remodeling. They work on Saturdays and start early working on remodeling. Breakfast is alright, not a whole bunch of options especially for a Hilton property. Also no pump body wash in the showers at all. Shampoo and conditioner is provided.
